• Midell (7/5): - Location good, bed comfortable, clean and tidy, nice little touches for the kids. The gas cooker needs to be repaired. The igniter does not work, and I planned to cook but couldn't. pretty standard Airbnb key pick up, but compared to a hotel reception...was a bit of an exercise to undertake. The pool is not heated. would advise not to take a big car to the underground car park. Navigating the lifts was a bit confusing in the beginning
• Parisima (9/5): - I made a last-minute booking due to my late-night flight cancellation. I think the apartment is great for a family stay, but I had to return to the airport shortly after arriving and couldn’t really use the facilities. The staff were very helpful and accommodated my late check-out request given my situation. I’m very pleased and highly recommend staying here for your holiday.

• Timothy (9/5): Fun little apartment to spend a couple of nights in whilst exploring the city centre. - Location was great. Easy walking to everything we needed to attend in Brisbane and the kids got a kick out of the Bluey products about the apartment. Access to the gym and pool was great too. Key Pickup might be bit tricky if you are driving in by yourself but the instructions make it easy enough.

• Alison (10/5): Exceptional - The kids loved the bluey theme and all the little bluey touches! It had everything we needed. The kids didn't want to go out, they wanted to stay inside the apartment. I'm not great with heights so 24th floor was high for me but I'd definitely stay there again!

• Michael (8/5): Nice place but not for a family - Location was good, good facilities, Karen the manager was lovely I’d be taking spacious off the ad, very small apartment. It’s a two bedroom but having a family of four in there was overcrowded

• David (7/5): Clean, tidy and convenient but don’t expect a high quality hotel experience. - Had all facilities required for a family including separate bedrooms, cooking and washing. Location was fairly good in the city, short walk to most places. Apartment owner was responsive to concerns when raised. Included parking which not many other apartments do. Washing machine/dryer combo was difficult to operate. Had clothes stuck in there for a day trying to get them dry. Couch was not very comfortable. Lift wait times were horrendous and wasted way too much time waiting for them.

Nice central location - Host went extra mile to get the keys to us when our flight was delayed 4.5 hours and so we didn't arrive to apartment until after midnight. Only 1key which we accidently locked inside on last day but host came to the rescue.

• Alicia (9/5): Superb - The apartment is stylish and clean. It's small but has all you need to be self-sufficient if you're a couple or small family. The location is the best- it's walking distance to mall, botanical gardens, uni and south bank. The key collection at the Easymart and parking is a bit of an ordeal, with no easy way to "grab the key and go" when you're driving. A second key is really needed. You can't do anything separately, which was really irritating.

• Marie (9/5): Great location. Clean and tidy. Comfy beds! Good to have a car parking space. - Great location with great views. Very tidy and clean. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. Milk, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, etc, much appreciated. Little book on Brisbane very helpful. Very comfy beds. Hosts very helpful. Towel rails for all 4 towels in the bathroom and a stool to put clothes on whilst in the shower would make it perfect. Only having one key made it slightly awkward because we all had to go out and come home at the same time as key is needed for all lifts and doors. Easy fix. Everything else was great.
