• Alex (9/5): - Struttura in pieno centro storico a Firenze, a un minuto da Ponte Vecchio e 5 minuti dagli Uffizi e da Piazza Della Signoria. Host molto presente prima e durante il soggiorno via Whatsapp/Booking, indicazioni per l'accesso all'appartamento al momento del check-in semplici e chiare. Ci sono a disposizione sia le chiavi fisiche per accedere durante il soggiorno oppure l'applicazione sul telefono per poter aprire le porte senza usare le chiavi. Posizionato al piano terra, ha una zona giorno molto spaziosa, con un letto matrimoniale a scomparsa molto comodo, un tavolino ed una poltroncina, tv e Wifi ottimo. Cucina piccola ma con tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti, macchinetta del caffè a cialde, piccolo frigorifero ed un patio molto grazioso. Bagno con tutto il necessario, biancheria a disposizione, doccia molto ampia. Lo consiglierò. Questo non dipende da chi gestisce la struttura, vicini di casa del piano superiore molto rumorosi, soprattutto la mattina tra le 6.30 e le 7.30. Per il resto nulla di cui lamentarmi.

• Dmytro (10/5): Простора квартира в історичному будинку з усіма необхідними зручностями для проживання та відпочинку - Ми дуже раді, що обрали саме ці апартаменти для проживання у Флоренції. Апартаменти просторі та затишні, знаходяться на тихій вулиці за мостом Веккіо, що дає змогу швидко дістатися до всіх локацій, але не бути в епіцентрі міської суєти. Квартира чиста та доглянута, на кухні є багато речей для приготування страв, велика ванна кімната. Господар дуже уважний та турботливий. Надав всю важливу інформацію щодо апартаментів, історичних місць, музеїв, ресторанів та магазинів поруч із будинком. Постійно був на звʼязку і наш комфорт був під його контролем)

• Joyce (9/5): Authentic experience in beautiful Florence - Very well designed space in an old building. Very comfortable bed. Well situated near Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi A few more items in kitchen useful eg. scourers and cloths for drying dishes.

• Adrienne (9/5): Superb - The property was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The location was great. 3 mins walk to Ponte Vecchio with a large number of restaurants in the area. We tried a different one each night. We struggled with access because it is online. We called the host who was very helpful and very patient. All sorted within 10 mins
• Carla (9/5): It was a pleasant surprise - nice location… the uphill is a bit of a workout. it is very spacious, i loved that the bathroom was separated from the living/sleeping area. It has everything that you need if you decided to make it homie. i was expecting a lot of noise during night hours but it was the contrary 😀. The host provides a lot of information which i found very helpful as a fist time visitor to Florence. the pillows could be better.

• Singer (9/5): We felt safe in our apartment and loved the location and cleanliness. - Location, value and responsive Host. Super clean and easy to locate. Great WiFi, shower and even a big hairdryer. Has fridge to chill water for when touring. Being a historic building, it’s a battle with a moldy smell. Take your allergy meds and you’ll be fine. Be aware the room is street level so it is loud all night long with scooters and cars and people on foot. Not ideal for light sleepers.

Bathroom is nice and bed is comfortable. The apartment has a strange smell that didn’t subside throughout our entire stay — it is particularly strong in the small dining room. The property is also located on a fairly steep hill that can be a bit inconvenient with luggage.
• Leigh (1/5): RUN AWAY from this property and owner! - Location Run from this property! First, it stunk of sulfur/rotten eggs. I inquired with the owner and he said he hadn’t heard that before, yet they have an air filtration system likely to try to mask the odor. Hmm?!? In addition, This was reserved and slated to be paid by credit card. One day into my stay he started saying he was having issues with his bank and could we pay in cash or do a bank transfer. I advised him to bill us through the credit card on file. I reiterated multiple times we were happy to pay (and instructed booking.com) to pay him through the credit card on file. I was working with booking all along the way, and his requests got more and more aggressive in his “request/demand” to be paid in cash or wire transfer. I involved booking and even changed the credit card registered on the reservation to a card which I’ve used daily here in Europe with no problems to ensure he could be paid with the credit card as contracted between myself, him, and booking.com. He proceeded to “yell” in caps demanding cash or wire transfer and that he could come to the apt to pick up cash. He even threatened to involve the police and also had another associate contact me outside of the booking platform through my contact info registered on site. We were concerned that he would force a confrontation (I was traveling with my daughter) and we felt scared and threatened at that point so we packed up and left and had to find another place to stay for our final night in town. All along I was in contact with booking and they confirmed/agreed that credit card was the proper method of payment and I was correct.

• Saponari (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location! Couldn’t say enough about it. So close to the Ponte Vecchio bridge and 10 min walk to duomo. Stayed during Italian heat wave and this had the best ac of all our stays.
• Evan (9/5): A nice apartment near the heart of Florence. Would recommend this location. - Good sized room. Nice bathroom. Location was near early morning construction, which was quite loud one day.

• Ferrara (7/5): I love Florence and the apartment is in a great location but don’t expect it to be perfect! - I loved the location! Easy access to everything. It is a few minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio Bridge. It is quaint with an adorable ceiling and bathroom! I was traveling with friends. There were no linens for the single fold out bed. The extra room with a table and chairs was very musty smelling. Didn’t use it for that reason.

• Kathryn (10/5): Luca is an excellent host. He has provided great information and. is available to help in any way he can. Luca checked o - This property is in a great location. It is an interesting apartment with some exposed curved brick ceilings, beautiful doors, and anything you could want in the kitchen. It. has air conditioning and heat and a comfortable Murphy bed. It was very clean. If you cannot tell, my husband and I were impressed.
