This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 800 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. For each additional hour after the check-out time, there will be an extra charge of GBP 150. Staying over 2 hours will result in a GBP 300 fee.
