• eric (8/5): - grandeur de la maison et emplacement échange avec hôtes parfait j'y retournerais avec plaisir seulement 3 fourchettes il serait bon d'avoir en plus un barbecue à disposition et une table de cuisine un peu plus grande mais pour 3/4 personnes c'est parfait
• julie_kulig (8/5): great spacious house close to Orlando attractions, would recommend - this property is a spacious one with a nice view onto the lake, swimming pool is a bonus, easy access to main Orlando attraction, nice gated community, safe place to stay heated pool would have been a bonus especially if you stay in Florida in February
• Michelle (9/5): Nice home. Great communication. Just needs a few updates. - Home was large and very clean. Great location. Only 25 mins to the parks. Gas station and groceries close as well. Pool was well kept but we didn’t use because it was too cold outside. Garage door was broken and we were unable to use for the week. Outlets in one of the bedrooms did not work. There were no curtains over the front door or back door areas which was very uncomfortable since you could see directly into the house at all times. Also, there is an extremely bright light from the house/clubhouse directly behind the house in the backyard that shined through every single night.
• Candace (10/5): - The house is in a perfect location in Orlando to easily access the parks, stores and resturants. The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for all 6 of us. Management was so accommodating, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

• dorothee (5/5): - La maison est belle et grande, belle surface. Belle vue sur la piscine avec coucher de soleil. Le quartier est trés calme et proche des lieux touristiques. C'est une maison agréable cependant je suggère au propriétaire de revoir les services d'entretiens. À notre arrivée, le ménage a été fait à moitié, des traces de pieds sur la table et dans le salon avec de la poussière partout. Pas de petites cuillères, pas de torchons, pas de produits d'entretien, le propriétaire nous les a fait livrer le lendemain . Nous avons dû demander au propriétaire de faire entervenir l'entrerpise pour l'entretien de la piscine car elle était sale et trouble à notre arrivée. Le tour de la piscine était sale avec les mégots de cigarettes et chewing gum partout autour. La piscine n'était pas éclairée et certaines lumières de la maison dont l'escalier ne fonctionnaitent pas. La porte d'accés de la moustiquaire à la piscine ne ferme pas, sans oublier la porte fenêtre de la maison vue piscine ferme mal. Le seul transat a disposition était cassé, seul 5 chaises sont a disposition. La literie est à l'ppréciation de chacun mais les protége matelas était sale. Le manque d'entretien et ménage de la maison gâche cette belle surface et belle maison.

• Tiffany (5/5): Fair stay, good location, home in need of renovation and security improvements. Would be great for families once certain - Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Access to a laundry room and dining area was needed for our size family. The home appears to have once been very nice, however is now dated and in need of renovations. The back door isn’t secure (the bottom lock and bottom door frame lock doesn’t work, the security system doesn’t work, the pool lights don’t work, one of the back screen door locks were broken, the stove burners aren’t leveled, we had to store garbage in the garage since the garbage receptacle was broken (so the garbage trucks weren’t picking it up), and there were dead frogs in the imitation fireplace. While this house wasn’t terrible, it met our needs and was fairly clean (with the exception of the master bath shower), it is comparatively not the best we’ve stayed at. At the very least, the owner needs to invest in improving the home’s locks and security.

• Nancy (9/5): Very quiet, comfortable beds, and with a few updates will be 10/10! - Very quiet location. Close to shops and amenities. Good size house. Very comfortable beds! Fun in the pool! Owner was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay but the property needs some updating and maintenance - we sent the owner a list of minor issues we found when we arrived and he said he would take care of them before the next guests arrived. Pool furniture needs to be updated to accommodate the number of people who could stay in the house. If the issues are taken care of this house and location will be a 10 out of 10.
• Amabel (10/5): Wonderful spacious house with a clean relaxing pool. - We had a pleasant time. The house was comfortable and big enough for the whole family. It was cleaned and had all the essentials needed for kicthen , bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is inside a gated community making it a safer place to stay with family. It is a quite with a nice view of the lake. Not to forget a very clean and enjoyable pool for all to enjoy. Very convenient close to Walmarts , Publix and a bunch of other attractions. It was a comfortable home . It made us feel like if it was our own home.

• Hanna (8/5): Really nice property and great location. Host was extremely helpful prior to arrival. - Nice open plan living space. The house was in a nice quiet location within a 15-20 min drive from all attractions in Orlando. Pool was very cold, so kids didn’t use it that much.
