• Meng Hong (8/5): Very unreliable lift - Good location. Lovely house keeper. Lift broke 3 out of 4 days we were there including check out day. It is on the 6th floor which meant it was a nightmare carrying our baby and pram up and down 4 times in 3 days. This included check out day. I messaged the staff night before to let him know lift is still broken and we need to check out at 8.30am to catch a train. Lift was not fixed and also no offer to help us carry the luggages down 6 floors until I specifically asked and made a fuss about it.

The lift up to the 6th floor worked upon arrival thank goodness but then didn’t work for the rest of our stay. Hard work getting suitcases down 6 floors. No one’s fault but the place doesn’t have ‘staff’ or a reception to help with anything.

• Λούπου (7/5): - άριστη τοποθεσία δίπλα πραγματικά στο duomo ούτε 300 m και το παράθυρο που έβλεπε στο duomo από το κρεβάτι σου αυτό έδινε την αξία στο δωμάτιο ειδικά το βράδυ που ήτανε φωτισμένο και φαινόταν πάνω από τις σκεπές επιβλητικό ήτανε πάρα πολύ όμορφα. από καθαριότητα ικανοποιητικό. δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο... είναι 5 δωμάτια στον έκτο όροφο μιας πολυκατοικίας που σε κάθε όροφο φιλοξενείται κάτι άλλο . δεν υπάρχει χώρος πρωινού έρχεται μία κυρία και σου δείχνει φωτογραφίες από ένα πλαστικοποιημένο κατάλογο και διαλέγεις και σου το φέρνει μετά το δίσκο στο δωμάτιο .το χειρότερο όμως όλων είναι ότι επειδή η πολυκατοικία αυτή είναι πάρα πολύ παλιά στο κέντρο του Μιλάνο μύριζε πάρα πολύ άσχημα η αποχέτευση αναγκαζόμαστε να αφήνουμε τον εξαερισμό του μπάνιου συνέχεια ανοιχτό γιατί όταν τον κλείναμε μύριζε πολύ άσχημα το μπάνιο και η μυρωδιά ερχόταν και έξω στο δωμάτιο. θα το χαρακτήριζα airbnb δωμάτιο .

The vent in the bathroom made a terrible noise and when I complained I was simply told to turn it off and use the small light in the bathroom. Reception was not manned and I had to call them on the phone for simple requests.

• Juan Jose (5/5): Tuve la sensación de haber ido a otro lugar, distinto al que había contratado con booking - Ubicación La habitación de dimensiones menores a las de las fotos.No es hotel, es un edificio de apartamentos pequeños,sin recepción 24 hs.El aire acondicionado central no se puede manejar desde la habitación con lo cual pasamos calor, ya que estaba clavado en calor y era imposible bajar la temperatura. El desayuno que llevan a la habitación es mínimo.Infinitamente inferior a los hoteles con desayuno.Cuando llegamos la caja de seguridad no pudo programarse y entre que intentaron arreglarlo y finalmente nos trajeron un cajita de seguridad muy pequeña con llave tradicional estuvimos presos en el hotel 2,5 horas.Para no desentonar el frigobar era demasiado pequeño.A partir de las 18hs hasta la mañana del otro día, no quedaba nadie en la recepción.El balcón estaba bien.

• melanie (5/5): En résumé : emplacement pratique, mais la propreté, l’organisation et le confort sont clairement à améliorer. - L’emplacement est pratique, mais malheureusement plusieurs points négatifs ont rendu le séjour décevant. Tout d’abord, le ménage laisse à désirer : beaucoup de poussière (plinthes, brosse de toilette, sèche-serviettes, sous le lit), ce qui donne une impression de manque d’entretien. L’organisation est également moyenne. Le jour de notre arrivée, on nous a demandé l’heure souhaitée pour le petit déjeuner, mais pas ce que nous voulions. Le lendemain matin, le petit déjeuner n’était finalement pas servi alors que nous avions un train à prendre. Nous n’avons donc pas pu profiter du petit déjeuner pourtant payé. Le jour suivant, nous avons pu en prendre un, mais installés sur un petit bout de table peu pratique, avec des quantités très limitées. De plus, l’endroit est assez bruyant car situé non loin d’une discothèque et l’insonorisation est très insuffisante. La lumière du couloir reste allumée en permanence et éclaire directement dans la chambre, ce qui est dérangeant pour dormir. Enfin, la température dans le couloir était excessive (environ 27°C), ce qui nous a obligés à dormir la fenêtre ouverte en plein mois de mars.

• Frances Mae Iakl (10/5): The perfect combination of a prime location and a responsive, thoughtful host—I would book this again in a heartbeat - Perfect city center location and outstanding host ❤️ Overall an excellent experience! The only small note for the cleaning team would be to double-check the linens for stray hairs, but it didn't stop us from having a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We thought the breakfast was lovely, a little quirky eating it in our room but great choice of foods. The staff were really friendly and helpful, when we asked for some directions she wasn't sure of she looked them up for us, thanks. Ok so as previous guests have stated there is 2 lifts but we just rang the property and they told us what to do, no problem. Also if you look at the photograph of the property sent to you for check in you will find it easier 😉
