- Tan (3/5): - The agent send me the information not clear and not updated, especially the picture and intercom went using the access card is not working. This process almost takes more one hour. 🤬 The bedroom mattress is damage and another bedroom double tackle bed frame is not stable, the children’s can’t sleep well. The washroom was very smelly, 🤮I believe didn’t clean properly or no one come to check it before let us check in. When I booking I read reviews is good but after I check in , the story totally different, is really nightmare to me and my family too. 😤
