- alessio (1/5): - niente Tutto, muffa sui muri, sporca, invivibile, ho prenotato da un alta parte perché è stato impossibile stare, si respira odore muffa, un seminterrato dove le foto che sono pubblicate per pubblicizzare la struttura sono vecchie, ho fatto dei video e foto inviate direttamente all'assistenza clienti booking per testimoniare quanto sia invivibile. Per di più ho pagato la tassa di soggiorno come un 4 stelle quando è davvero invivibile, Su 3 notti prenotate non ne abbiamo passata neanche una. Materasso con un buco dove si vedono le molle, muri scrostati, soldi buttati peccato poter allegare solo quattro foto
- KONAN Thomas (7/5): Bien passé - L’établissement bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, proche des transports en commun. Les lieux étaient propres et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence du canapé-lit en complément du lit, très pratique. Le système de sécurité est aussi très bien pensé. Je recommande vivement. Dans l’ensemble, l’appartement était correct. Toutefois, je n’aime pas particulièrement les logements en rez-de-chaussée ou en sous-sol.

- garcia (8/5): - Esta bien situado, fácil acceso y apartamentos bien equipado No funciona el mecanismo de la ventana y entran mosquitos, se nota que otros inquilinos han matado mosquitos en las paredes y se ven manchadas aria falta una mano de pintura.

- Claudia (1/5): - El peor sitio. Es un trastero redecorado dónde aparecen filtraciones y está cubierto de moho. INSALUBRE!!! Debería ser denunciable poner un piso así, y además la empresa que lo gestiona no te hace ni caso, les da igual Nada. Sitio insalubre. Pésimo trato de la empresa que no buscó ninguna solución al problema de las paredes llenas de moho. No nos ofrecieron otra estancia y nos recomendaron de forma muy ridícula encender el aire acondicionado para disipar el olor a moho. Debería ser denunciable
- Kramer (2/5): Very poor - When booking it was shown a price including taxes. But on the day of the stay I was asked to pay extra 63€ for city tax!
In addition I was asked to pay extra 50€ for late check in (always read the small letters). However, there is no one that came to help with the check in, it was a digital key that I get by watching a video, so what am I paying so much extra for? And when I asked- no explanation was given.
Also they sent me all the massages in Italian and I don’t speak Italian

- Benešová (1/5): Mold everywhere - It was near the train station The room looked luxurious.. but smelled gross.. MOLD.. everywhere on the walls and in the whole room a terrible smell.. and there was even a snail with us the whole stay.. sometimes even two
There were small windows near the ceiling that could only be opened for ventilation.
The dishes were disgusting.. as soon as the water boiled, white everywhere.. white powder.. probably limescale.
- Ana (1/5): Bad - There is nothing to like about this apartment; it is filthy. The apartment is infested with mold, the smell is unbearable, and there is mold all over the walls. The bathroom is indescribably filthy, and the sheets, as others have complained in their reviews which I made the mistake of ignoring, are stained with blood, lipstick, and various other liquids. The pillows are full of hair. We tried to talk to the owner, who is aware of the state of the apartment but takes full advantage as long as Booking allows him to sell such accommodations. Don't expect understanding from someone who welcomes guests in such a messy and unpleasant condition. We eventually paid for another place to stay and did not spend even an hour there; I don't think it's healthy. We did not receive a refund, only 34 euros from Booking, which is effectively nothing for the hassle of finding other accommodation for the rest of our vacation. Also, The check-in process was very difficult; I had to convince Mr. Michael that I had indeed paid for this apartment, which turned out to be a disaster.
- Ayduman (5/5): it was dirty - The location was good, parking was nice, television and internet were successful. Kitchen layout and equipment were good. room design was good. There were traces of blood drops on the quilt. There was body hair on the sofa bed from our predecessors. The room smelled damp. When the air conditioner works, a bad smell fills the room. It is difficult to use the water heater
- Koyuncu (6/5): Pleasant - The location is convenient, only few minutes from metro station. The house was clean when we entered. Facilities are new in the house. There are nice bars around and a big supermarket at walking distance. Online and check-in at the door required a lot of effort, especially if one is on a very busy schedule like us. We were asked to provide our photos during check in. Loud tile renovation works started at 8.30am right in front of the apartment, without prior notification. Property management said they were not aware, although the tiles that were being renovated belonged to the same property. Dust remained in place during the rest of our stay. Communication with clients needs to improve.

- Tijana (10/5): Perfect - very clean apartment, everything is new and the location is excellent and close to the metro. I didn't like the fact that I didn't see a market anywhere in the area to buy water or juice
