- Nick (7/5): Great location, needs a good clean - The location was great, Easy to get to Queen Victoria markets and the rest of Melbourne via tram The property was filthy we had to wash the blankets to then put on the couch so we could sit on it. The toilet had urine all down the side and around the bottom.
- Lorna (3/5): If you are after a nice view, & don't mind the filth this would be perfect for you, too overpriced - The only thing to like about this apartment was the view, especially at night with the lights over the city. So many things, the apartment was filthy, the carpet in one of the bedrooms was stained (they had thrown a filthy mat over the stain to hide it). Spare quilts were stained, all the walls were marked and filthy. The lounge and chairs had stains all over them. The dining table was stained. (I have photos of all of these). The picking up of the keys was a nightmare. We arrived at the outside of the apartment with our luggage only to be told that we then had to walk to another destination to collect the keys, not knowing the city and having luggage with us made this a nightmare. They asked for a $500 security bond, which is usually just a hold on your card but they actually charged the $500 to our credit card and it took over a week to get the money back.
