• Leonardo (1/5): Overpriced room with a terrible smell at night. - Nothing. It was overpriced, and the hotel staff was disrespectful. The room was in front of the bathroom, and the smell during the night was unbearable. I even considered leaving and booking somewhere else. I contacted the hotel, but they kept denying there was a problem and acted as if I was the one causing the issue.

• Tanya (10/5): I am happy with my stay there. Perfect choice for me - The accommodation was perfect. Location, arrangement, cleanliness, everything. Several times, opening the apartment door via the phone didn't work. I had to manually enter the code 2-3 times in a row until the door opened. Luckily, it always opened in the end.
• Ossimalossi (7/5): Shared Appartment mit privaten Schlafzimmern - Es ist ein nette kleines Appartment mit einzelnen Schlafzimmern. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sowie ein WC wird geteitl. Das Bett ist von der Größe her gerade noch o.k. Unser Zimemr war weit oben, da musst du die Treppe hochlaufen und leise sein, sonst weckst du andere Gäste. Die anderen Gäste waren aber alle nett, die wir getroffen haben. Jedenfalls waren die meisten überrascht, ein Appartment zu teilen. Für ein paar Tage ganz o.k. Das Bett ist viel zu klein, das Bad ist kalt, die Dusche ist undicht, was zu Überschwemmung im Bad führt. Da das Bad auch von anderen genutzt wird, ist das alles andere als ideal!

• Nadine Göhler (10/5): - Super zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Schöne, neu eingerichtete Appartements. Fenster sind schallisoliert, so dass man auch trotz zentraler Lage ruhige Nächte genießt. Die Appartements sind wunderschön und neu, die Matratze war jedoch zu weich.

• Paul (4/5): Memorable for the wrong reasons. I seriously recommend that those in charge of the facility actually sleep over in each - Its location, clinically clean. Nothing welcoming, nothing that makes one want to hurry back. There were no charging points for tech, the 2 pillows were thin and old, the room was poorly laid out with the TV by the bedside table therefore unable to watch while in bed. There were no chairs anyway so no choice. The Wi-Fi was abysmally poor, there were two choices none of which were tenable. The front step on the property smelt so badly of urine, eight….not a welcoming moment.

• Katrin (3/5): - Die Ausstattung des Raumes und der Küche war gut. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Direkt nach der Buchung kamen sehr viele Nachrichten über WA und Mail. Alles unpersönlich, Kontakt über Hotline, Antworten KI generiert, niemals ein ansprechbarer Mensch. Sechststelliger Code ist 3 Mal einzugeben, bevor das Zimmer erreicht ist. Insgesamt: kompliziert, zeitraubend und unpersönlich.
• Světla (9/5): - Krásný čistý pokoj, dostatečně vybavená kuchyň. Asi už bych si nevybrala sdílený být. Přestože ostatní hosté byli bezproblémoví, byl tam velký ruch a v noci se špatně spalo. Co bylo velmi nepříjemné že vchodové dveře šly zavřít těžko a každy kdo nimi procházel s nimi bouchl což znelo celým bytem. V noci velmi nepříjemné.

• Doris (9/5): - I liked that it was situated in the old town. It was spotlessly clean but I couldn't find a broom when I wanted to clean my room because sand had fallen out of my shoes. ( I saw it when I was leaving). I would always stay there again. The amount of emails I received was mind boggling. That being the reason I overlooked the code for the appartement and couldn't find it when I arrived. I assumed it would be send to me on the day I would arrive. But I obviously got it much sooner. Also the signs of what and what not to do ...so many. I've stayed in more than 80 Airbnbs/ Booking.com accommodations worldwide -never have I encountered so many signs or received so many emails before arrival even. Less is probably more and people will read them.

Na początku były lekkie zawirowania z kodem dostępu, ale sprawa została sprawnie rozwiązana. Orkan Leonardo mnie nie przeszkodził w poznawaniu Andaluzji zimą. Moj powrót to chyba najlepsza rekomendacja miejsca.

• Pax (5/5): Ok for a couple days - Very central location Host sends you tons of automated messages. But they didn't bother to even respond to a question I had. I also messaged on WhatsApp and all I got was Thank you for your message. We can't respond at the moment, but we'll get back to you as soon as possible. I never heard back from them. The keycode at the room door is really annoying. If your hands are slightly wer, it does not work. You also gotta be real careful to not press the wrong number, otherwise you can lock yourself out. The view out of the window was a wall

• Sofia Anna (7/5): Bien - Ubicación fantástica en pleno centro. Limpieza impecable. Habitación pequeña mirando a calle estrecha pero muy silenciosa. La cama incómoda, a cada movimiento se oyen los muelles del colchón. La puerta del baño en común en la primera planta no sé podía cerrar por el interior. La calle de acceso al apartamento un poco sucia. La habitación individual olía a humo y ni dejando la ventana abierta se iba el olor.

Много късно настаняване и ранно напускане. 5 часа разлика сякаш са прекалено много за почистването на стаята. Освен това като влязохме в стаята, тя все още не беше почистена. Жената пристигна след нас и я подготви за около 10-15 минути, а ни обясняваха, че им трябвало толкова много време за почистването. За няколко стаи се ползва обща баня и тоалетна. В едната стая имаше мъже, които бяха толкова шумни, че в един момент се опасявахме да не почнат да буйстват. Тракаха и вдигаха шум до късно вечерта. Тоалетната бе изцапана от тях дотолкова, че се принудихме да ползваме тази на първия етаж. Разбираме, че това не зависи от екипа на Nordik Rooms Urban, но именно ползването на общите части предизвиква тези оплаквания и страхове.

• Rintala (9/5): - Excellent location, very clean and modern furniture! View from own room was against wall of next building (but not something I was expecting to be anything better either). The electronic lock on the room door was very easy to enter incorrect code with. Not anything drastic but I did need to make multiple entries to get it right. Specifically it was too easy to hit the next number to the one intended and there was no undo possibility.

La cocina y las salas comunes casi no las utilice ya que por motivos de trabajo comí todos los días fuera pero parecía que tenía de todo. La localización es perfecta, en pleno centro histórico. El baño es compartido lo que hace que no esté tan limpio como cuando es baño propio.
• Chantal (7/5): gewoon prima, niet meer, niet minder. - locatie was perfect, midden in het oude centrum, dat is zeker aan te raden als je een paar daagjes in malaga wilt zijn. dit had niet beter gekund. Het was mij een verassing dat de badkamer gedeeld was, dit was niet heel duidelijk. Het is prima, maar ook niet mega goed, ik zou het een 7 geven. Ook was het online inchecken niet heel makkelijk met het online uploaden van paspoorten, dit doen wij liever "in person" dat op een site updaten, maar het is de wet in Spanje blijkbaar, dus zo gaat het nou eenmaal. We hadden problemen met de deurhendel code, dit ging vaak fout want het systeem met de deurhendel is niet ideaal, maar het werkt. Het personeel was goed bereikbaar en bereid te helpen. Over het algemeen een prima verblijf, en ik zou het qua locatie zeker aanraden.

This is ok if advertised as such, but this is not the case. And you have to drag your luggage up 50 narrow steps and pass 3 coded locked doors.

• János (9/5): - A szállás szép, tiszta, rendezett volt. Teljes mértékben elégedett voltam vele, ugyanolyan szép volt mint a fényképeken. Én szívesen megszállnék újra ott, csak ajánlani tudom. A szállás egy bulizos utca közelében van, az éjszakai zajok, nyüzsgés zavaró lehet annak, aki ezt nem szereti. Engem nem zavart, ha az ablak csukva volt, szinte alig lehetett valamit hallani.
• Constancia (10/5): Soggiorno FAVOLOSO! - Appartamento bellissimo e pulitissimo! Sono stata li con mia sorella e abbiamo dormito nella Olden. Stanza luminosa, spaziosa ed era profumatissima quando siamo arrivate. Il bagno era praticamente tutto nostro essendo la stanza unica all’ultimo piano. Anche se l’alloggio è dentro il centro storico, dalla stanza non si sente nulla del casino fuori. Siamo rimaste innamorate e troneremo sicuramente! ❤️

• Zofia (4/5): Misleading description - The location was good. I really regret not reading the reviews before booking, because other guests mentioned the same problems I experienced. The street outside smells strongly of urine — it seems to be where people go to the bathroom. There’s also no private bathroom in the room; they are shared, which I don’t remember being clearly stated, and the price definitely doesn’t justify that. On top of that, the place sent me many emails before, during, and after my stay — far too many for a short visit. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here.

• Radina (10/5): Central and clean - Everything is very new and very well maintained. Everything we needed was there. We were in the ‘Olden’ room and as we were the only room on that floor, we had the bathroom to ourselves. Cleaner came in and cleaned the bathroom and refilled body wash and shampoo. Locations was perfect, right at the centre. Also beach is 20-30 minute walk away but it feels less and you get to enjoy the beautiful city.

I felt that the property is advertised in a misleading way as nowhere did it state that the common areas and the bathroom were shared. Our balcony was facing a busy street and I got woken up on various occasions in the middle of the night by drunk people shouting, even with the doors and windows shut. No one changed our bedding for the entire two weeks we were there. Overall, it was not worth the money we paid&would not be returning.

Everything made like for yourself. Loud enough slamming the bathroom door. Door seal could be grate. Also a door password if it possible to program as a finger print, because when your phone uncharged or you went to toilet and closed the door, stressed situation

• Imants (9/5): Nice and cozy - Really central and beautifull place. Great rooftops view also. The kitchen was well furbished however i had purchase myself most of the basic pantry items like sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper. Due to the central location the street noise might disturb light sleepers.

I also found the indiscriminate use of plug-in Air freshners uncomfortable. It is very irritating for people who are sensitive to fragrances. The street noise was loud sometimes too.
