• Aoibheann (1/5): awful - location was good and it was spacious. The car parking space is closed off, and we weren't told about the construction beforehand. Our car barely fits, and we've spent 30 minutes trying to get it out without scratching it, which is super stressful since it's a rental, so it needs to be in perfect condition. Also, the room has a bad smell of weed. The lockbox is broken and the room was locked, but the wait time for him to answer and uber keys to us was long also he never even came to greet us. The bath was dirty. There was not all the facilities there that were advertised even such as a hairdryer. When contacted had a very late response to me.

• Hyun (4/5): overprice and not accommodating when asked for simple requests. - There was construction happening during our stay, with workers on the scaffolding. I don’t have a problem with that as long as someone informs me — but no one did. I felt we should have been notified in advance or offered some form of compensation. It wasn’t chic, and for the price, the communication was disappointing.

• Avelinda (1/5): The property has no proper lighting and the host was very unprofessional - Location How the host have handled our issues when we needed him most. I have never encounter anyone like him in the business. Plus the messages he sent to us all over again being careful not to mention about being an air bnb - made us feel awkward . Imagine our feelings every time we are in the elevator and meeting some of the residents. We wanted to disappear but couldn’t because we already paid for the entire stay. What a terrible experience.
• Pilar (10/5): Unforgettable stay at Chic 1 - The apartment was very nice. My little family loved it. My daughter wants an appointment just like this one. Very clean and has all you need, just like a regular mini stay and more. Owners are very quick to respond to questions or concerns. Hope to stay here again. We have no complaints.
• Tyjwania (10/5): Immaculate, Tidy, and Pleasant, With A View - The house was immaculate, tidy, and pleasant. The host promptly responded to all time-sensitive questions. No calls went unanswered. The view was amazing. So much to do in the area. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The sole drawback was construction in the parking garage and on the parking ramp, which was beyond the owners' control. The lock box was difficult to see at night if you checked out in the early morning.

• Luki (8/5): Cosy flat with a great location, 550m from the Venice Fishing Pier and beach. - The location was great. Near the Venice canals and 500 meters from the beach. Also surrounded by restaurants and small markets. Cosy appartement. Equipped with the basic stuff needed during the stay. There was no mop or hoover, which is inconvenient when you stay 1 week. And the washing machines were not in the apartment but in an another floor of the building.
• Chloe (7/5): I would definitely stay here again and would recommend. - The property and location was a great value for cost. Super close to the Venice fishing pier. The host was responsive and had no problems or complaints during the trip. The listing description indicated a sofa bed but there was only a regular couch. Had to be extra careful pulling in and out of the garage to the 4th floor due to construction.

• Neven (10/5): Exceptional - Luxury apartment in a very good area. Great view and lighting. Very cozy. I would definitely come back again.
• Forer (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, beautiful apartment. The apartment's parking is tight if you have a big car.
