Указана неверно станция метро, ввиду этого были сложности с поиском отеля. Станция метро: Honging South. Оформили поздний выезд- 250 юаней. Завтрак на твердую 4, были даже фрукты: манго, арбуз и дыня.

• Mohamed (5/5): Fair - Location and the room Apart from the language barrier, the overall experience could be improved. Connecting to the WiFi was quite confusing, as the browser instructions did not match what was actually required. Even when calling for assistance, it was difficult to get clear guidance. I eventually had to go down to reception for help to get connected. Additionally, the “Do Not Disturb” system was not effective. Simply turning it on inside the room was not sufficient — a physical sign outside the door is necessary. Housekeeping repeatedly knocked and, on several occasions, entered the room despite this, which was quite uncomfortable, especially as it happened while I was sleeping, in the bathroom, or changing.

• Ana Paula (9/5): Uma estadia memorável em Shenzhe. - A localização é excelente e fica a próxima a duas estações de metrô além de paradas de ônibus. Isso é muito conveniente para se deslocar tranquilamente por Shenzhen. É a minha segunda vez me hospedando no hotel e tanto check-in quanto check-out são muito rápidos. O hotel também fica a alguns metros de distância do Shenzhen Museum eo KK Mall. O quarto é bastante grande, confortável e o banheiro bem espaçoso.

• fabbretti (7/5): passable pour le prix - Hôtel un peu vieillot mais propre… et pour le moins surprenant : la chambre est séparée de la salle de bain par une baie vitrée fixe, ce qui offre une magnifique vue panoramique… sur les WC. Niveau intimité, on a clairement vu mieux. Heureusement, il y a un store : ambiance ombres chinoises garantie. Romantique à sa façon. La piscine ? ni compter pas ... rempli avec 40 cm d’eau, elle est clairement inutilisable. La salle de sport, elle, propose quelques équipements, mais pas de quoi se transformer en athlète olympique. Pour couronner le tout, l’emplacement est un petit défi : après 30 minutes à tourner dans le quartier, on finit par comprendre comment accéder à l’hôtel. Une vraie chasse au trésor moderne.
• Mohammed (4/5): Stay was good but staff training is very much needed when dealing with customers - It was really well connected with line 2 and line of the metro stations. The reception staff didn’t speak a work of English and when you try to translate they start shouting at you especially receptionist CICI. The breakfast was really bad, I had lived at the property for 4 days and it was the same everyday and the taste was really bad.

The members of staff were very friendly and helpful, with good communication in English. The meals were very tasty, despite being a picker eater, I really enjoyed their meals.
