Wim (8/5): A small but well-equipped flat, perfectly situated to visit Rome! - iFlat Colosseum's Brand New & Cozy Nest (3rd floor) is a small but very nice flat to visit Rome. Advantages: lift - 2 large separate bedrooms - well-equipped kitchen (enough pots and pans, glassware, cutlery) - smart TV- coffeemaker - free Wifi -iron - clean bathroom - towels and bedlinnen clean and provided - though we didn't use it, there is airconditioning in every room so this might be helpful in summer - location in between Metro Colosseo and Metro Manzoni (800m - 700m on foot) - a peaceful neighbourhood - Carrefour Express 160m on foot, CONAD supermarket 500m on foot). Restaurants in all price categories are within walking distance: we very much enjoyed Tempio di Mecenate. The meeting to collect the keys with host Andrea was 100% perfect. If visiting Rome again, we would not hesitate to book the flat again! *The living room and kitchen with dining table are in fact one small room. It's tiny, but of course, you don't come to Rome to stay in your flat. *The Nespresso coffeemaker needs maintenance. The water runs through very slowly and it stops from time to time. *One of the beds/matrasses (second room close to the living room) seems to sag.
