Bodean (6/5): Pleasant - Bedrooms Very tidy beds where comfortable close walk to everthing nice area aircon kept us cool Widows where very dirty which made the lounge feel a little bit unclean coffee cups have old coffee stains in them elevator was very slow because there was only one working

Debra (1/5): Bad - Did not stay at the property Bedspoke company who runs this property should not be allowed to operate under the banner of booking.com as they do not uphold booking.com policies Bedspoke request personal information by email beyond normal information collected by booking.com opening up identity theft potential Booking.com requested they refund fully the money paid pre booking Bedspoke are currently refusing to refund the money which I do not accept even though the property was not used Every booking .com site alerts customers NOT to email any personal information to an unknown source
