- Louis (1/5): Worst experience I’ve had. - The property had the potential to be nice. However, the dirty walls/floors/kitchen/bathrooms made our whole visit uncomfortable, so I cannot say I liked much about the property. The man that runs the convenience store downstairs was the only thing that we were grateful for, as he helped us more than the landlord ever did. This whole experience was a mess. Our check in time was delayed over 2 hours because the cleaning ladies weren’t done cleaning, forcing us to just sit in a cafe and wait. Mind you, this isn’t a nice area at all, so we were uncomfortable the whole time we had to wait. We were never told when they were done and had to be let in by the shop vendor downstairs that kept the extra key. When we got in, the house was a mess. And, after 2 hours, the cleaning ladies were still not done cleaning. They walked in as we were finally getting settled in, and said they still weren’t done. They made the beds and left, but everything else was still a mess. The bathrooms were dirty. The toilets had markings from the previous person. The showers had hair all over the walls and drain, and it was disgusting having to clean all this ourselves. The kitchen was a mess, with crumbs and stains left everywhere, and the table was still sticky from whatever juice or soda had been spilled there. The mini refrigerator they provided looked like a soda can had exploded in there. The carpets were stained, the walls were do evidently dirty. We didn’t even have enough towels for everyone. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a stay. The fact that we paid such a large amount just makes it that much worse.
I contacted booking to see if we could cancel this booking and get a refund and they told us they would contact the seller. But, because the seller doesn’t communicate with them, we’re left without any sort of reimbursement or remedy . This place is horrible.
- Amy (10/5): Fantastic stay, clean and comfortable - We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of the best features was the little garden area and that each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom – such a great touch that made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Everything was fresh, modern, and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again!

- The flat is huge. There is a great outdoor terrace to sit on.
- All necessary appliances are there, clean and working (including washing machine with dryer function)
- There is a bus stop right in front of the flat that takes you to Trafalgar Square or the tube.
- Communication with the host was swift via the app. I enjoyed my stay without reservation, but there are things that might be difficult for some people:
- There is a lot of traffic on the road in front, which can be noisy.
- There is a steep staircase to enter the flat.
- There is only one key to go around (we did not ask for more though).
