Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is a 1.5% debit card and credit card surcharge for all payments. A damage deposit between AUD 250 - AUD 1000 (subject to apartment size) is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be released in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In response to a rise in fraudulent bookings, we require our guests to check in by presenting their photo ID along with the card used for original payment. Please inform Wow Stay in advance of your expected arrival time. You will collect keys and complete your check-in at the Wow Stay office, located at the Circle on Cavill building, 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise. If arriving after hours, or nominating someone else to collect keys on your behalf, you will be required to complete a Guest Agreement form. If the completed Guest Agreement form passes our validity requirements, we will send you instructions to Lock Box, located at 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise. If your completed Guest Agreement form does not pass our Validation requirements, or is not submitted by office close time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show and no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund if guests display abusive or threatening behavior toward staff, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engage in conduct that poses a safety risk to themselves, staff, or other guests at any time from booking through departure.
