Το δωμάτιο είχε να ανοιχθεί πολύ καιρό και η θερμοκράσια μέσα στο δωμάτιο ξεπερνούσε τους 50-55 βαθμούς και τα πάντα έκαιγαν, ακόμα και το στρώμα. Προσπάθησα να το δροσίζω ανοίγοντας το κλιματιστικό και ελαφρώς τα αντικριστά παράθυρα για ρεύμα. Δυστυχώς το κλιματιστικό ήταν σίγουρα κάτω των 9000btu, πολύ παλιό και πάρα πολύ φθηνής μάρκας όπως και όλα μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Άφησα μία ώρα ανοικτό το κλιματιστικό και δεν έκανε καμία διαφορά., Το στρώμα πέραν του ότι έκαιγε ήταν πολυχρηισμοποιημένο. Έφυγα και δεν διέμεινα εκεί.
• Isabel (9/5): Lovely little studio in a great location in Athens! - Lovely little studio in a great location in Athens! Bed was comfortable and everything worked, the balcony was lovely. Short walk to public transport to access all the main tourist attractions. Kitchen was small but functional. Nice light apartment with lots of windows. Did heat up easily being on the top floor so we were relying on the air con to stay cool, but it worked well.
• Valeriya (10/5): Exceptional - Exceeded expectations Before the trip, I have read many different reviews and was still in doubt whether I had made the right choice. And here's what I will say: it was right choice. I spent here 7 days, 6 nights. Looks exactly as in photos. A wonderful apartment with a large cozy beautiful terrace overlooking a quiet and calm Greek street, where I were looking very beautiful sunsets. No noise. The room itself is small, but very functional and comfortable. Everything was clean. There is everything you need in the apartment: a kettle, kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, a washing machine. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to all the attractions and beautiful places, so walks were a pleasure (from 12 to 30 minutes at a leisurely pace to different places). Also, there are bus stops and a metro station very close, less 5 min. You need to take the elevator to the 4th floor, then up to the 5th floor you go up a small short staircase, there really is no light there (how it was said in previous comments), but it didn’t seem dangerous, since there is light up to the 4th floor, and the entrance is locked with a key (which is given to you when you move in). Yes, I also sometimes had problems with water (as reviewers before) despite the instructions on how to get hot water while waiting 30 minutes, I was not always be able to get hot water, but personally it did not bother me in case I like a refreshing kinda not warm shower, I was ok with that. These two things (light and water) didn't change my opinion that it's a great cozy apartment, very conveniently located to all the attractions, in a quiet and safe area. The terrace is love.

• Ekaterina (5/5): Passable - Convenient location. Clean apartment. Beautiful balcony. Atmospheric street. Very cold room (outside +20°C). Confusion with electricity and hot water (the water heater could not be turned on: there are no signs in English and no clear instructions).

We were able to walk to nice restaurants, train stations, places of interest etc. We were pleased to have a washing machine after our Mediterranean cruise. There were many things that needed attention so when you put them altogether it doesn't fare well but we would put up with it again due to the location. The bathroom paint was peeling off. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked so badly one night that using the toilet was almost impossible, but it was fine on other nights. The small kitchen was ok but it didn't have any tea towels to dry dishes, no glasses to drink from and only 2 cups. I had to put away plates from the last person, probably because they couldn't dry them. I had to clean out a kitchen cupboard before I could use it because it had herbs, spices and other open products spilled everywhere. The light in the stairwell as you come in the front door didn't work. Very dangerous coming in at night as we did with luggage and after being out for the night. The meter box needed labelling so you could easily turn on the hot water upon arrival. We eventually figured it out after some communication with the hosts. As you can see lots of small fixable problems.
• Sally (1/5): Hell in an apartment or Help even I’m a celebrity have better conditions. - Absolutely nothing Everything, blood and urine on the mattress, sticky stains on the floors, no hot water in the shower, the cooker didn’t work and the host never answered their phone to calls or texts. You would be better off staying on the streets as they are cleaner. We messaged for a refund as we left after a day (but no response) and had to find a better place and at short notice costs more but worth getting out of hell.
• Sally (3/5): Very bad - Good location near city center and not far from metro Old furniture, no hot water and oven broke. We tried getting in touch with the host by sending him a message and a phone call. Never answered!!! May be good price but the condition of the apartment itself was too bad. Ended up leaving the apartment earlier than scheduled.
• Gabija (7/5): Pretty good if you are staying for a short period of time. - The property was in a pretty good location, had a very big balcony, comfortable bed, washing machine, most of other necessary equipment. Was not very clean (could not walk in the balcony without shoes), the apartment is right above a bar and had pretty bad sound isolation so we had to sleep with earplugs, had a lack of toilet paper, no hairdryer. The air conditioner did not work very well. Would help if the indication for the water heater was in english and not in greek.

• Cumhur (4/5): Disappointing - Balcony is big and fine. Location is good and walking distance to major Attractions. The apartment was in very poor condition, with everything inside being extremely old. All the electrical appliances were either broken or very dirty, making them unappealing to use. It seemed as though the appliances were collected from a flea market just to give the impression that the apartment was equipped. The fridge, which was known to be broken, remained unfixed despite previous comments. When I texted "fridge is not working," the response was as if they were unaware of the issue. The toilet seat lid was broken, and there was a persistent bad smell coming from the toilet that never disappeared and dominated all the room. Water heater was leaking. The cutlery was old, with some pieces even being rusty. The mattress was very old, with springs poking through. Additionally, there were dead mosquitoes on the wall. It was disappointing.
