- Khalil (9/5): V comfortable clean and good value for momey for an apartment of this size in such a nice area - V clean spacious one bd apartment in a nice area of london and everything worked! Not so close to a tube station - westbourne park is the closest one. Wasnt clear when booking that there was a refundable deposit to pay of £250 with a non refundable transaction fee of £5 which is an unusual charge. Should be clearly mentioned on the original listing on booking.com.

- Cheryl (7/5): Comfortable and well located tiny basement flat - Clean and well decorated, loved the heated floors in the bathroom and the Nespresso machine. Very early check out time on final day, minimal communication with owners, no book with info about property, WiFi info was not emailed until the 3rd day. Kitchen supplies were minimal, had to but utensils to cook.

- Marykay (9/5): Lovely apartment would stay again - The apartment is lovely. Accessed by a few steps down from street level then all on one level. It’s nicely furnished, attractive and cozy. The couch is a pullout bed which is nice. Washing machine works well. Good location. Close to Westbourne Park tube station and bus stops and close to Portobello Road Market. The bed is a double which is all that can fit in the room and the mattress is a bit soft. Would be good to replace with a memory foam which would make the smaller bed more usable. Only one set of linens are provided. The shower is inside a bathtub which makes it very difficult to access for anyone with mobility issues also needs non stick mat when being used as a shower. Also it has a rain head which i personally didn’t like as it’s difficult to direct the water. Would have liked a mat to be placed i front of the toilet not just a bath mat.
