• Tomáš (10/5): - Clean and tidy, fully equipped even for longer stays (kitchen, washing machine etc.), quiet room, very close to groceries and tram, just three tram stops from U3 metro. Very good communication with the owner. For frequent travels to the center it is quite remote, ca. 30 minutes. The window night blinds/curtains could be somewhat better.

• Darko (5/5): - Novogodišnji haos nas je omeo u detaljnom pregledu svih obaveštenja koje su nam poslali. Imao sam osećaj da je nevoljno i sa nezadovoljstvom poslao ponovo sva ta uputstva (u vidu poruke na moj telefon). Aparati u kuhinji postoje ali nisu u funkciji, pitam se zašto onda stoje u kuhinji ? Tražili su da mi popunimo nekakve formulare za prijavu gostiju koji uopšte nisu postojali na mestu koje je navedeno. Tako da to nismo uradili. Mi smo pošteno platili smeštaj i sve takse i nije naš posao da se prijavljujemo već je to u obavezi onog ko naplaćuje smeštaj. Dva ležaja za spavanje su u kuhinji, bukvalno 2 metra od ulaznih vrata. To je loš osećaj kada tako spavate. Dušeci su loši. Jastuci su loši. (možda je to austrijski standard ali se nama ne sviđa).

• Vladimir (10/5): - Street parking, garage parking, on the tram line to the downtown. It's 30min to reach the downtown but the boulevard has just a few traffic lights and the ride is extremely pleasant

• Zuzana (10/5): - The apartment was clean and comfortable for family ( 4pers. ), good equiped and 2minutes from tram to the center. Garage for the car very close 10minutes (6€/24h)...so nothing to complane :) If we travel nextime to Viena, we book this apartment again for sure.

• Adriana (10/5): - Totul. Apartamentul foarte curat, utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Desi e mai departe de punctele de interes exista mijloace de transport in comun foarte aproape, la doar 2 min este o statie de tranvai. In apropiere se afla Lidl, Billa, la doar 2-3 min de mers pe jos. Nimic. Totul a fost perfect.

• Anja (10/5): Moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit top Ausstattung - Sehr schöne Wohnung etwas außerhalb von Wien und dennoch ein Katzensprung mit der S-Bahn in die Altstadt. Eine Haltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, hat alles, was man für 4 Personen braucht und ist sehr ruhig. Ein öffentliches Parkhaus ist in der Nähe und kostet nur 6 € pro Tag. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

• Sandie (9/5): - Vooraf kregen we al uitgebreide informatie over het sleutelkastje en het parkeren. In het weekend kun je op straat staan en van 0900-2200 uur alleen met vergunning. We hadden de tip gekregen om de auto in de apcoa parkeergarage neer te zetten voor €6 per dag. Bij het inrijden zag het er ietwat sketchie uit maarrr kan niet anders zeggen het ziet er goed en veilig uit. Betaalkassa was ff zoeken maar ook die hebben we gevonden. Verder de overige dagen met ov gereisd en met een tramhalte op 1 minuut lopen en ov dat elle 5 minuten gaat echt helemaal top. Appartement ruimer dan we hadden verwacht wij zaten in nr 6 helemaal goed. Alles is aanwezig, prima buurt ook rustig. Als je naar Wenen ooit gaat voor een citytrip raad ik deze absoluut aan.

• Diederik (9/5): Superb - Great appartment. Good facilities like a tea cattle, coffee, stove etc. Also iron board and iron. Because of maintenance and repair there was no direct tram connection so the commute to the centre took a bit longer. The host had warned me in advance so this wasn't a surprise.
• Zarja (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great, close to public transport, the decor was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, nice neighbourhood, great to have all the amenities, it was tidy and clean. Communication was clear and precise, easy to find the apartment and enter the building. Would definitely come back! Maybe you could add towel hooks to the bathroom and some shower mat for the floor to step on out of the shower. Otherwise everything was really nice!

• Kostanica (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing time in this apartment. Everything you need is there from dishes to a lot of games. The host was very welcoming. He brought us some chocolate and Christmas decoration so it made the apartment super cozy and it felt like home. Also the location is so good, the tram station is right there and you can go to the center easily. Nothing.
• Andreea (10/5): Warm and cozy apartment, very welcoming host! - A very welcoming and warm accommodation with public transport nearby and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is well equipped, from kitchen utensils to games, and the host is extremely, extremely welcoming and explicit. We were given all the information related to check-in, related to parking before arriving, having an easy and wonderful communication with the host. We would definitely recommend, an accommodation to which we will definitely return!

• Lukáš (8/5): Nice place to stay in Vienna. - The location is perfect (nearby parking, public transport, food shops, Schönbrunn). The apartment is visually pleasing (pictures, new furniture) and practical (shower with regulated temperature, lot of storage, games, strong WiFi, multiple TV services, tips written down for the guests, sufficient kitchen equipment). The host was very communicative and helpful.

Likacia is well connected with public transport, as there is a tram station nearby (about 100m) that leads to the center and intersects with several metro lines.
