- Jan (8/5): - Location was difficult to find at night, but I hadn't read my email explaining directions. A few instructions how to use television and appliances etc. would have been helpful.
- Mel (5/5): Absolutely beautiful but very disappointing communication about the water isdues - Beautiful location, cabin was really well equipped We had no water the entire time we were there and had to source our own. The caretaker kept telling us he would have water put in our tanks if he couldn’t fix the leak and this was after we finally got him to respond. It ruined a quick getaway that we had before my cancer surgery
- Fiona (8/5): - A lovely, authentic cottage in an interesting location. We enjoyed a beautiful evening stroll in the forest after dinner.
- Erica (10/5): We were down for the weekend for the celebration of Fontys pool 100 year since opening. Staying at Nyamup was 23 kms to - We loved the location & Cottage 6, The May Queen was exceptionally good.
Comfortable bed with clean linen and towels. Everything we needed was in the house plus more, a credit to the owners. Even Gumboots to wear outside. When we come again we hope to book the same cottage and it was a very good price. I can’t think of anything that could be done better
We loved the property inside & out and the rain on the weekend just added to the cosy stay.

- McCarthy (7/5): - Nature, the animals. It was cosy. It was cold and weren't able to use the fireplace.
- Brett (8/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): Cosy and comfortable. - I am not a rustic living kind of person and did find it rustic but it grew on me and ended up really enjoying it.
It was cosy and comfortable and had everything you needed.
Didn't have shampoo or conditioner or body soap. Not a big deal but use to places having these. Could not find the cabin as was only given the name on the cabin drive around the site for ages. Ask one person who directed us to the caretaker cabin but no one was there. Then kept driving around until another person said it's cabin 6. Didn't realize the address is the number of the cabin, not the address for the village. So took a while to find even though we drove past it many times.
Tried calling owner no response.
Bed broke and had to put mattress on floor.
Needs a couple of things fixed.

- Maria (8/5): - A cosy little cottage that had everything you need. Loved the electric blanket on the main bed. There are lots of interesting items on display that made the place feel very homely. It would have been great if there had been firewood at the house as it was cold, but we decided to rely on the air con.
- Lucia (10/5): - Beautiful, cozy and comfortable! Would definitely come back
- Elia (8/5): Very accomodating for our requests. Will stay again -
- David (9/5): Great experiences - Location was great Map of walks in the local village
- Mike (8/5): Relaxing - The area is lovely, peaceful. Rang mobile number we were given for some info on Wifi, but didn't get a call back.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carol (7/5): Nature - The location was perfect as we love nature, animals and being alone . We went out at night looking at possums🐿️ kangaroos 🦘 and during the day there were birds singing and emus wandering around It was very quiet and felt like it was just us most of the time . We did however have to go back into manjimup 30 mins drive as there wasn't any toilet paper 🧻 or body wash at the property not sure if this was just a mistake on housekeeping and didn't ruin our stay it did need a few more basic essentials like more pegs and washing powder or liquid for use of the washing machine.but overall was a very peaceful stay.
- Shane (8/5): Very good -
- Felicity (8/5): Relaxed, peaceful stay in historic cottage - Relaxed Peaceful historical location 20km from Manjimup- just come with stores!
- Lavett (10/5): Slice of heaven in the midst of nature - The door looked a bit dated which is understandable as this is a pretty old cottage. However the charm inside was fabulous and the entire area was so nice, peaceful and absolutely stunning. Full stocked pantry was a bonus. Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.
- Sarah (8/5): Cute cottage retreat - Cosy little cottage to connect with nature. Emus and kangaroos surround the property. Very peaceful. A good place to escape from the hustle and bustle. No toiletries were available which was a surprise. The place was neat and tidy but the kitchen could do with a bit of a deep clean. The washing up liquid bottle was basically empty!
- Ildikó (10/5): Exceptional - This place is different from anywhere else I have ever been to. A cottage in the woods with no one around for miles, apart from other guests/residents in the other cottages. It was so quiet here, OMG, and at night, we could see the Milky Way (not too many locations on Earth left where you can do that). The nearest town is 20 kms away, for grocery shopping, but also that was really quiet. It was a salve for my frayed nerves after living in a big city. We spent Christmas here, and I prepared a home made meal because the kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The porch and interior of the cottage resemble what I imagine the homes of the first settlers to have looked like.
- Narelle (8/5): Very good - Had everything we needed
- Janet (8/5): Very good -
- Meevithra (9/5): Superb - A lovely getaway from Perth city. A quiet village stay, beautiful scenery and a great place to relax and rewind.
- Kandace (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eva (10/5): Cozy cottage, great value! - Very cozy cottage in the forest! We loved our stay here. It is peaceful and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and we had a couple of nice nights in. Loved the kangaroos, guineafowls and birds that came to visit!
- Luca (8/5): Very good -
- Charlien (9/5): Silence is Golden - The cottage had everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable. It is tranquil and well located to explore the area.
- Jasmine (10/5): Lovely stay - Beautiful location, friendly hosts, great amenities
- Vinay (8/5): Very good - The location was fantastic, and the property was incredibly cozy. I would love to visit again. However, the lounge was too low to sit, and the living area felt too cluttered.. The welcome email should have been sent a day earlier due to network issues causing difficulty finding the property. Additionally, there were no fire starters available.

- Lekala (10/5): Super awesome. - The stay was awesome. Quiet and rustic and very good for a family trip . Lots of space for kids to run around and go hiking or biking. Very enjoyable. The water was not drinkable and we did not know that before arrival. It would have been nice to have known it so we coudl buy bottled water at manjimup.
