- Sarah (10/5): Great stay ay 3 bears penthouse - The hot tub was great, and the whole apartment was very well appointed. The beds were super comfy and we had our own parking spot. The building site out front wasn't pretty but no noise heard throughout our stay so we looked beyond that yo the beautiful mountains beyond it.

Kitchen was not well equipped for a place that is advertised to sleep 8 people No toaster, no dish drainer, very small kettle. Coffee maker was faulty and replaced. Large cooking pot for pasta etc was provided when requested. Larger roasting pan would’ve been useful. No place to put on ski boots in equipment storage area.
