• Andreas (9/5): I recommend this place. I think I'll return. - The location was almost perfect for my business trip. Everything I needed was some minutes walk away. The facility was very well equipped. Fridge, kitchenette, cutlery,... Great! Wifi was good and stable. It was very important for some remote work I had to do. I loved the huge number of wallplugs. There was enough space for everything. A rusty tap broke when I wanted to use it. Everything was perfectly clean, but the host should periodically look "behind the surface".

• Christine (4/5): Unsauber und unkomfortabel - Der Fußboden war stark verdreckt. Der Renovierungszustand des Zimmers und des Badezimmers sind schlecht. Keine Steckdose oder kleines Licht am Bett, nur die aggressive Deckenbeleuchtung.
• milliways (6/5): Appartement in guter Lage für Kurztrip - Das Bett ist super bequem und das Appartement insgesamt ist groß. Die Lage ist sehr gut für alle Arten von Unternehmungen in und um Göttingen Der Zugang zum Appartement ist einfach. Bad, "Küche" und WC sind sehr klein, die Dusche fast schon schwierig zu nutzen. Die Sauberkeit des sanitären Bereichs hat uns nicht überzeugt, der "Kleiderschrank" ist keiner. Wir haben die Küche nicht benutzt, aber richtig kochen könnte schwierig werden.

• Chi (8/5): - Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht da aber es war perfekt. Betten sind bequem und man fühlt sich willkommen.
• Christine (2/5): Einmal war schon zu viel - Es war ruhig, Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert und die Betten waren bequem. Das Bad war unterirdisch: keine Heizung oder andere Wärmequelle, nur Toilette mit Handwaschbecken und Mini-Dusche, Schimmel am Fenster. Spüle in der Küche und Steckdosen unsauber. Schlecht umgebautes, ehemaliges Büro.

• Jens (8/5): - Es war alles bestens, wie erwartet. Ein Hacken im Bad wäre nett gewesen.
• Zikatriz (5/5): Muy, muy ruidoso. - La ubicación, en una zona tranquila,muy cerca del centro y a pocos minutos de un supermercado Penny. Es la tercera vez que me alojo allí. Y nunca había tenido problemas. Excepto ésta vez. Coincidimos con una familia supernumerosa, con muchísimos niños pero con ninguna educación ni respeto por el resto de huéspedes. Los teníamos encima, y el techo temblaba mañana, tarde y hasta bastante entrada la noche. Dimos las quejas al encargado de recepción pero, o no les llamó la atención, o hicieron caso omiso. Comprendo que el establecimiento no tiene la culpa de la poca educación de sus huéspedes, pero sí puede tomar cartas en el asunto y recordarles que existen unas elementales normas de convivencia. Aparte de eso, salvo la incomodidad de las almohadas, lo demás, bien.

• Alonso Pablo (10/5): Volveria - El departamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Es luminoso y tiene todo para una estancia de visita a la ciudad. Yo estuve casi una semana y disfrute mucho mi estancia alli Quizas esta un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad pero hay varios autobuses cerca que te llevan en 10 minutos.

• Jutta (9/5): Bis auf die Matratzen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich und hat alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht Die Matratzen sind extrem schlecht , schade, wenn man daran spart, und der Kleiderschrank müsste dringend an der Wand befestigt werden, er kommt einem beim Öffnen der Türen fast entgegen.

• DagiB (7/5): - Großzügige Raumgröße, relativ neue / gute erhaltene Möblierung. Sehr bequeme Betten, grosses Bad. Sehr sauber. Küchenbereich mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Ruhige Seitenstraße, Bushaltestelle 4 Minuten Laufweg entfernt. Seth hellhörig, man hört alles durch die Wand. Besonders störend - Gäste ( anscheinend Monteure/Handwerker), die um halb fünf/ fünf aufstehen und über ein wohnen- Stimmen, Stühle rücken etc. An keinen Schlaf zu denken. Schimmel an kompletter Fensterdichtung im Bad. Etwas befremdlich für Kurzzeitmiete bzw. 1-2 Übernachtungen -man muss vor dem Check Out die Küche aufräumen, sprich alles selber abwaschen. Sehr viele Aushänge und Schilder, mit Verweisen auf Verbote und Strafen bei Nichteinhaltung....hat aber vielleicht mit entsprechenden Erfahrungen mit bisherigen Gästen zu tun. Leselampe am Nachttischen...nur nicht angeschlossen, weil keine Steckdose am Bett vorhanden

• Stefanie (8/5): - Es war sehr sauber und das einchecken wirklich einfach. Es war ein bisschen hellhörig und wenn wir kochen gewollt hätten wäre es sehr eng in dem kleinen Küchenbereich gewesen.
• Mr. Albert Schlepers (4/5): Kalt und spartanisch - Self Check in Meines Erachtens für das Geld zu teuer hat auch mal wieder gezeigt dass man sich auf Fotos nicht verlassen kann, denke mal die Fotos sind nach der Renovierung entstanden bzw sieht man ja auf Fotos meistens Abnutzungen oder eventuellen Schmutz nicht... Im Badezimmer war ein riesengroßes Fenster bestimmt 1,20 m x 80 und der Heizkörper darunter ohne Funktion und wenn wir draußen seit zwei Wochen Frost haben kann man sich vorstellen wie kalt das dort drinnen war das war schon nicht mehr witzig... Ansonsten sehr spartanisch war wohl früher mal Büros die umfunktioniert wurden überall kleben Zettel was man tun und lassen darf wie viel Tassen wie viel Teller welcher Topf Netflix im Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert Fernseher hatte keinen Internet Heizung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert am Bett gibt es keine Lampe wenn man nachts wach wird kann man im dunklen aufstehen zur Tür auf dem lichtschalter drücken und dann gehen um vier im Büro Lampen an als wenn man in einem operationssaal ist also eine Ikea Lampe am Bett wäre wohl das Mindeste...
• Barut A. (8/5): - Kullanım alanı yeterli idi. 4 kişilik bir aile için oldukça uygun bulduk. Temiz olarak bulduk ve kullanım talimatları doğrultusunda da bıraktık. Aydınlatma, priz sayısı ve ısınma konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Mutfakta yeterli miktarda mutfak eşyası ve buzdolabı fırın dahil yeterli elektrikli mutfak eşyası vardı. Bina giriş kapısı şifresi ve oda girişi için anahtar kasası şifresi e-posta ile konaklama başlangıç tarihinden bir gün önce gönderdi. Yastıklar çok yumuşak idi, sert yastık sevenler için uygun değildi. Banyo alanı (duş alanı) çok çok dar. Eğer kilolu iseniz tercih etmemeniz daha iyi olur. Sığmak sıkıntılı oldu. Tuvalet kağıdı, el sabunu ve mutfaktaki bulaşık deterjanı yeterli değildi. Otellerde olduğu gibi düzenli bir kontrol yoktu ve eksikliği giderilmiyordu. Özellikle uzun kalmak isteyenler için sıkıntı olacaktır. Ancak yakındaki marketten temin edilebilmektedir. Temizlik görevlilerinin bu konuda görevlendirilmesi daha uygun olacaktır.

Dal momento che viene più volte ricordato che verrà addebitata una penale se si lascia l'appartamento sporco, per par condicio bisognerebbe riconoscere un rimborso agli ospiti quando gli viene consegnato un appartamento non pulito. Ho provveduto io a pulirlo (vedi foto)

• Kirsten (5/5): Alles in allem würden wir es nicht nochmal buchen. - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der telefonische Kontakt war äußerst freundlich 2 Einzelwerten, die nicht wirklich bequem waren. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört jeden gehen und reden. Leider waren die Gäste nicht sonderlich rücksichtsvoll. Durchschlafen war nicht möglich. Die Hausordnung kann man sich schenken.

• Julia (7/5): Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde wiederkommen. - Bad und Dusche waren sehr angenehm. Warmes Wasser und Heizung wurden schnell warm. Ausstattung der Küche war klasse, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es fehlte dringend eine angenehme Beleuchtung. Als Lichtquelle stand nur die sehr helle Deckenbeleuchtung zur Verfügung. Das war nicht angenehm am Abend und am Morgen. Die Fenster hatten eine Einfachverglaung. Da die Temperaturen über Nacht im minus Bereich lagen hatte sich am Morgen einiges an Kondenswasser an den Scheiben gebildet. Was ich nicht problematisch fand da ein Handtuch zur Verfügung stand mit dem das Wasser schnell aufgenommen werden konnte.

• Tatsiana (7/5): - Местоположение: тихий район, хорошее транспортное сообщение, 15-20 минут пешком от центра города. Оборудованная кухня со всем необходимым, современная ванная комната. Сильный запах чистящих средств, неудобная подушка, узкое одеяло. Нет никакого ночника, свет очень яркий только сверху, как в офисе. Окно без занавески, только блэкаут шторы, и если они открыты, то из соседних домов всё видно.

• Tracer 9 GT (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Und Sauber. Mit dem Check In und Check Out hat auch alles geklappt. Und Preis Leistung stimmt auch. Bin sehr zufrieden.
