• F (9/5): - In a residential area but close to restaurants and small shops. It was not too far to walk to the river to go into the city centre.Both bedrooms and en suites were spacious. There was some traffic noise from the cobbled street outside the apartment. There was no proper table to sit at for having a meal- the tiny breakfast bar was not big enough.

• Nicoletta (10/5): Un rifugio in incantevole nel cuore di Trastevere - La casa che abbiamo preso (noi siamo 3) è molto accogliente e ampia, ha due bei bagni e gli ambienti sono sono suddivisi molto bene, c’è anche una cucina vista un salottino oltre alle due camere di cui quella padronale grande - quasi tutti gli ambienti erano esposti sul terrazzo che è molto. La posizione è fantastica perché si trova a ridosso di Trastevere ma in una zona tranquilla fuori dalla confusione, la zona è molto verde perché il principio della salita per i Gianicolo. Aveva anche un comodo parcheggio interno noi abbiamo una macchina grande. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato estremamente gentile. Mi è piaciuto tutto

Ben situat, a 5 minuts dels carrers plens de restaurants. Tot estava perfecte, però potser li faltava algun estri de cuina si volies cuinar.

• Andre (6/5): Schöne Unterkunft mit Einschränkungen - Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Haushälterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage in Trastevere und das ruhige Umfeld sind angenehm und bieten eine gute Ausgangsbasis für den Aufenthalt. Leider gibt es mehrere Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich schmälern. Die tatsächliche Raumaufteilung entspricht nicht dem Eindruck, der durch die Beschreibung und die Bilder vermittelt wird. Es entsteht der Eindruck von zwei vollwertigen Schlafzimmern für je zwei Leute (mit „Queen Bed“ und „Twin Bed“) sowie einem zusätzlichen Schlafsofa. Vor Ort stellt sich dies jedoch anders dar: Das separate Schlafzimmer war nur für eine Person geeignet. Das aufgeklappte Schlafsofa, welches bei einer Viererbelegung genutzt werden muss, nahm ausgeklappt den gesamten Hauptraum/Küche ein, was die Nutzung erheblich einschränkt. Durch die fehlende Trennung ist man nachts vor allem dem Kühlschrankgeräusch ausgesetzt, der deutlich hörbar ist und den Schlaf beeinträchtigt. Die Küche ist zudem sehr spärlich ausgestattet und war für uns nicht gut nutzbar.  Weiterhin wird auf den Fotos suggeriert, dass ein privater Außenbereich zur Unterkunft gehört. Tatsächlich gibt es keinen direkt vom Zimmer zugänglichen Garten.  Nach einer ersten Rückmeldung auf unsere Nachricht zur Klärung und Lösungsfindung wurde nicht mehr reagiert, was den Umgang mit der Situation zusätzlich erschwert hat. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht daher nicht, da die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten deutlich hinter den Erwartungen zurückbleiben, die durch die Darstellung und dem damit verbundenen Preis geweckt werden.

• María del Mar (9/5): - El alojamiento es estupendo; muy bien equipado y disponía de dos cuartos de baño para 4 personas, detalle nos facilitó mucho la estancia; está ubicado próximo al centro, a unos 8 minutos andando al río Tiber. No nos gustó que no hubiera información expresa en la página de Booking acerca de una tarifa extra por hacer el "check-in" fuera del horario indicado (2PM to 7 PM); no se especificaba que existía esta "fee", solo te pedía que pusieras la hora de llegada (opcional), sin indicar nada más al respecto; eso sí, una vez que habías hecho la reserva te llegaba la información detallada con el importe de esta tarifa dependiendo de la hora de llegada, que va desde los 25 euros después de las 7 PM, hasta los 40 euros para check-in después de la media noche. A la hora de pagar, eso sí, todo en "cash" por supuesto. En ese sentido no me parece clara la información mostrada en la web.
• Joanna (8/5): A wonderful stay in Rome with accommodation where we could relax without the hustle and bustle of the city - Great location, close to bars and restaurants and at the same time it was incredibly quiet and peaceful there. Wonderful view from the window, in the morning we were awakened by the singing of birds. The apartment had everything we needed. Rosie was very helpful. We had a great contact with her, she immediately replied to every message.

Il faudrait penser à changer les châssis pour l’insonorisation et aussi le froid qui passe entre (nous n’avons jamais eu froid mais il y avait beaucoup d’air qui passait) Au niveau de sa localisation il est très éloigné des différents monuments/visites.

Rented a car(recommend getting an electric vehicle cause you can enter ZTL while in Rome) and location included private on-site parking. Lastly, Rosie made our stay feel like an Extra Home. • Christine (10/5): A lovely haven in the middle of Trastevere - The property was lovely and just as described! he elevator was a huge help in transporting bags to the apartment. Please note that if you have mobility issues there are still a couple of steps before and after the elevator to get to the apartment. Nothing! Everything was great and Rosie was extremely helpful in getting me settled.

• C'Anna (7/5): Great location and comfy apartment! - I liked the location in terms of neighborhood. I liked the layout of the property and all the natural light and laundry facilities. A lot of road noise, which is common in Rome but still loud. Hard to block out sunlight from the bedroom, even with the shutters. Not impressed with amenities. Cheap and and very frugal with toiletries like handsoap. Would have been nice to have more coffee pods and maybe a bottle of water waiting.

• Jenifer (6/5): Ok accommodation if you don't mind paying extra - Good location in Trastevere. Kitchen available to use, washing and drying machines available to use but within a fixed schedule. Friendly staff and fast response to questions. The third bed was small and uncomfortable for an adult to sleep in. Probably more suitable for a child. The accommodation is comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child, not 3 adults. It's a bit stressful that there is an extra charge for almost everything. I had to rush from the airport so that I arrived within the check-in window, otherwise I would have to pay extra €€ for checking in after a certain time. Extra payment for requesting clean towels and bed sheets, no matter how many days you are staying. The safety box was open but locked (not possible to use) and when I requested to use it, I got told that someone else had locked it and they couldn't fix it.

• MtnCole (10/5): Historic yet modern, responsive staff, 20-45 min walking distance to main tourist sites - If you don't have mobility issues, this is a wonderful, unique property. Communication with the property was efficient and fast. We arrived early after an overnight flight and were extremely grateful that the staff arrived at 9 am to let us in early (which enabled us to take a nap in our quiet bedroom before heading out to site see in the afternoon). Rosie, the friendly onsite housekeeper/property manager, speaks English and did our check in/check out as well as answered any questions throughout our stay. The location up a small hill meant we were out of the noise of lively and gourmet Tras, which was a 5-10 in walk down the road. Up the road about the same distance is a big view of Rome. A scenic walk 30-45 min or buses ~20 min up or down the Tiber River will get you to the Roman Coliseum and Forum in one direction and to the Vatican in the other direction. The Spanish steps and other city center sites are also about the same, with some closer like the Pantheon (15-20 min). The vineyard behind the house lends a sense of calm - enjoy it out the window, it's not part of the property so you can't wander in it from the apartment. Appreciated the artistic and historic beamed ceilings paired with modern bathrooms. In the two bedroom apartment we rented, there were 2 full bathrooms, which was a nice bonus. The king bedroom was very quiet facing the vineyard and the single bedroom facing the street was bright and charming with shelves of books, a desk, and lovely fabric on the daybed which can also be used as a couch. Appreciated the shared laundry facilities - plan for multiple hours for the dryer before quiet hours as they are slow in Europe. Living room and kitchen are compact (but sufficient for 2-3 people) in the 2 bedroom apartment. Conduction cooktop touch controls accidentally triggered from pots on stovetop was frustrating, but this is a design flaw in all the conduction cooktops we've had in rentals in Italy. Good for light food prep. The heat can only be on or off. We found leaving it off most of the time during our December stay was comfy to avoid overheating as the building is well insulated.

• Joseph (9/5): Great location. Helpful concierge. - Great location. Walkable to many bars and restaurants. Short walk to the Tiber and easy to cross the bridge to some of the great sights of Rome. It was close to, but not IN the crowded part of Trastevere. Property was spacious and fully equipped for cooking. Comfortable king size bed in the primary bedroom. On site concierge to help with how to operate the gate and doors. Could use a bit more furniture in the living room and some art on the walls.

• Ellie (10/5): Tranquility in the City - This is the perfect little escape from the hustle & bustle of Rome. 10/10 for location in a really quaint neighborhood in Rome and only about a 20 min walk to the Vatican. Check in was very easy and thorough. The apartment was very clean, great amenities & a view over a vineyard (which in the middle of Rome is pretty crazy). I stayed there with my brother & his girlfriend so it's great for 3 people. I'd go back, loved it!

Wir haben einen Flughafentransfer mit Babysitz gebucht. Dafür mussten wir 10 euro extra zahlen, aber der Babysitz war so alt und man konnte ihn nirgens festmachen, so dass er nutzlos war.

• Dirk (9/5): Wir haben uns, auch dank Rosie, sehr wohl gefühlt - Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber. Es war für uns alles vorhanden was wir benötigten. Hier muss man auch mal erwähnen, dass Gäste zum Teil Einrichtungsgegenstände mitnehmen oder kaputt machen und dies natürlich nicht melden. Das ist natürlich schade, da dann viele Sachen fehlen. Rosie die Haussitterin war wirklich sehr freundlich immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar.

Had recommendations for restaurants. The only negative is the restaurant on the next street is noisy Thursday through Sunday night with loud music. If we kept the windows closed it helped.

You can walk up to Terrazza Gianicolo quite easily from here to get a great view across Rome. Only criticism was that on arrival it was unclear how to call reception to get into the property, as there is an outer gate you need to get through. We were on an upper floor which was fine for us, but would be impossible if you have difficulty with stairs, as the lift is tiny and certainly not suitable for wheelchairs.

• David (9/5): Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Recommended - The location for this apartment is wonderful. It's at the quiet end of Trastevere with a short walk down the hill to fantastic bars and eateries. The outlook onto the vineyard is very relaxing and the on-property parking is very handy. We stayed in the studio and while it has an additional sofa bed this is an apartment that suits a couple and not three persons. We were travelling as a couple and so it suited us well!

Good facilities in the apartment, everything you need…including hairdryer, iron etc. also access to washing machine and drier. Excellent air-con in the apartment! And a great location and within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants in Trastevere. It didn’t worry us…but the bar nearby plays very loud music on the weekend till midnight…so this may be a problem it you’re after a quiet stay.

L’appartamento al secondo piano è molto confortevole, costruito con materiali di pregio e dotato di vari comfort. La vista sul vigneto regala serenità. Tra i vantaggi, una lavatrice e asciuga biancheria a disposizione, poste pochi scalini sopra l’entrata dell’appartamento.

• regis (5/5): Positif mais payer la taxe en carte bancaire c'est possible. - Bien situé, agréable accueil sympatique (petite réserve ci-dessous) Il faut mieux informer les utilisateurs sur le circuit électrique il y a un bouton à l'entrée qui coupe partiellement l'électricité dans les chambre et les salles de bains. Nous avons payé cash la taxe sur les locations hotelières pour 4j et 4 personnes 96 € j'ai donné 2 billets de 50, elle a pris les 2 billets et elle n'avait pas la monnaie elle s'est engagée à nous l'apporter durant le séjour ........on attend toujours. 4 euros ce n'est pas la mort du petit cheval mais c'est le principe on fait ce que l'on dit.

• Davidebrevi (10/5): Trastevere è Roma dentro Roma - La casa ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative: pulita, ben arredata, spazi adeguati, riservatezza, posto auto recintato per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Quello che è piaciuto soprattutto è stata la posizione: in Trastevere ma appena fuori dalle vie affollate e dal rumore, quindi in pochi minuti a piedi eravamo nel pieno della vita, in una zona con un sacco di locali e ristoranti dove fare aperitivo o cenare, ma in casa non abbiamo mai sentito rumori dalla strada. Super utile il locale lavatrice e asciugatrice. Direi nulla

Verliching in het appartement was niet gezellig en maakte een onaangenaam zoemend geluid. Badkamer was niet praktisch en te weinig verlicting., zeker aan de spiegel.

• Vito (9/5): Excellent location great welcome nice clean place car park is a bonus but to get the ZLT is on - Location is great especially if you want to stay in the Trastevere area however if you like walking going to the sites is a good day trip Air conditioning a bit weak, they could help customers with cars in organising to be able to drive through the ZLT system I believe there is a way

Perfect - The property was exactly what we were looking for: comfortable, clean, private, great location yet walkable to many restaurants, shops & sites. It was truly the perfect place for us considering this was our second time in Rome and first time in Trastevere! Rosie was absolutely wonderful at checking us in, answering any questions and even giving us helpful tips and recommendations. We felt right at home thanks to her! Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a cozy corner of Rome. Everything was wonderful.
• C (9/5): Superb - Location in Trastevere but generally quiet as on edge of Trastevere , nice and clean apartment, housekeeper Rosie very nice and accommodating, parking space On Sat night hotel next door had very loud music playing, if light sleeper may be an issue. Slept in bedroom without direct access to that side so it wasn’t an issue
