• Johannes (8/5): Very nice apartment to stay for a few days with everything you need in a very quite neighborhood. - Nice unit. Small kitchen. Could use laundry machines. Very quite. Parking directly in front of house. Not far from Venice Beach. Style of the apartment felt a little bit cold (white/grey). Shower could use a refurbishment.
• Tracy (8/5): - Location Misleading photos. The initial was tiny and in the photo it looks like you get the property pictured. However it is a tiny unit around the back and you can’t park of the street as the pic suggests.

• Nakae (10/5): 最高でした！ - 立地が大変よく、特に朝にビーチに行くにはもってこいの場所でした。施設に関しては、閑静な住宅街にあるため治安も良く、安心して過ごせました。 玄関の匂いが少し気になりましたが、部屋に入れば問題ありません。

• Felicia (9/5): - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Wohngegend in der Nähe von Marina del Rey. Man hat sein eigenes kleines Apartment welches sehr gut ausgestattet ist, dementsprechend kann man dort sehr gut kochen und muss nicht jeden Tag außerhalb essen gehen. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Bett war auch sehr gemütlich. Vor dem Haus kann man gut parken, sonst ist auch eine Metro Bike Station 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Den Host habe ich kurz getroffen, er war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich kann jedem dieses Appartement für seinen Los Angeles Aufenthalt empfehlen! Ich empfand den Raum als etwas kalt. In der Woche in der ich da war, war es allerdings schlechtes Wetter. Wenn es normales LA Klima hat sollte es kein Problem sein.

• Maria (10/5): Nice stay in LA - The accommodation worked perfectly for a couple. It has a private entrance through the back of the house. There are other tenants on the property, but it didn’t bother us at all. Having a car and being able to park on the street was a huge plus. Clean and well maintained. The host responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we visit LA in the future. Thank you for everything!

• Karol Daniela (10/5): Limpieza y servicio - Me gustó mucho la distribución de la habitación, todo estaba muy limpió. Tienes todo lo que necesitas para pasar muy buenos días en Los Ángeles y poder descansar cómodamente, pudimos parquear el carro muy fácil. El anfitrión estuvo siempre pendiente y respondió a todas nuestras inquietudes. Muy buen servicio.

• elena (3/5): Not worth the money. - Cozy for one person but sadly won’t return. Unfortunately I had a terrible stay due to the other people being extremely loud and disrespectful every day/ night. I stayed here last year and had a wonderful experience but sadly it’s not the same anymore. The place has been divided into more rooms so it’s overcrowded and not the relaxing getaway i was hoping for. Cleanliness was definitely an issue this time around. Way overpriced for what you get. Don’t stay here if you have a fear of bugs.
• Emma (9/5): Super well-furnished and convenient flat in Los Angeles - short drive to the airport. - Extremely well-furnished apartment near Marina Del Rey! Full kettle, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer along with television and decent desk/wardrobe with comfortable chairs. Absolutely ideal for solo business travel. 5 minute walk away from a convenience store/tacos. Also use of the washing machine/dryer in unit is extremely convenient. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating to my requests for check-in times where possible. Not sure were there 4 or 5 short-term rental-type units that the one house has been made into. Didn't feel 100% safe at times as a pair of male guests staying next to me tried to get into my apartment while I was in it.

• Filiamata (10/5): Cozy & Private - The place was perfect, close to the places we planned to visit and very private. Instructions for entry were easy and we always found street parking. The place was perfect for our needs and very cozy. Nothing, everything was just what we needed.

• Nikol (10/5): Superb location, lovely owner and cozy apartment - The location was ideal, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Having the option to park a rental car directly in the driveway was a much-appreciated convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped, featuring a combined oven/microwave, stove, cutlery, and tableware, making it perfect for cooking and especially convenient for extended stays. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and polite. We would gladly stay here again! We didn't encounter any negatives during our stay. There was a minor issue with the water one day, but the owner resolved it promptly while we were out, so it didn’t impact our experience at all.

• Christian (10/5): Exceptional - If you are looking for very clean, well and modernly furnished accommodation in a quiet and safe environment, you have come to the right place. Washing machine, dryer, a large fridge with freezer compartment and a top microwave leave nothing to be desired. Parking directly in front of the house or in the driveway, a small garden with seating is also available. Close to the airport and relatively close to the Santa Monica Pier and Venice. Very friendly and committed owner. After two weeks in countless hotels, this was definitely the highlight, especially the extremely comfortable bed

This place is a little gem 💗 Beautiful little luxury space with everything you need, lovely bedding, little kitchen, outside courtyard, washer/dryer, easy parking, great location and incredible hosts. I’ve travelled for 30 years and to find a beautiful little place like this in Los Angeles is a rare find indeed - my only reservation is that I’m telling others about how great it is😁 Nothing!

• Elena (10/5): amazing! - very comfortable bed and pillows, beautiful lay out, smart tv, perfect garden to sunbathe in, well prepared kitchen facilities, very clean, good area, i felt very safe. the people staying in the other part of the property were very kind and respectful although bare in mind you can hear absolutely everything going on in the other part, all in all i would definitely travel to LA just to stay here again! there’s nothing i didn’t like. probably how there’s no cutlery i didn’t have anything to cut bread with.

• Ope (9/5): A great stay and a cozy studio space❣️ - It was great! I loved the bungalow. It was so nice and very cozy as it suggests. The bed was comfortable. It had a nicely stocked kitchenette with a refrigerator & microwave. There is a smart TV and ample closet with an iron and hangers! A special treat was the smart mirror in the bathroom I could do my makeup easy! It includes a driveway though there as ample parking on the street. I didn’t get to use the washer and dryer but it was available. There is no oven. But that was ok. My biggest issue was that is wasn’t available the following week.

• Hamed (10/5): The best place I experienced so far! - Don’t look anymore! Just book this beautiful, quiet, clean and newly remodeled unit. You will thank me later. Very easy, checking in and out. No crazy traffic, the location is close to many different activities and restaurants, etc. The host was always a text away with his prompt response. Honestly it was the best value in the area compared to the others.
