• Ulrike (7/5): Preis/Leistung passt - Die Lage des Apartments in Mailand ist sehr gut. Sehr nettes Viertel und man kann alles gut erreichen. Prima war die Möglichkeit, gleich nebenan einen Parkplatz (30€/Tag) zu reservieren. Ausstattung ist gut. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl zur Wohnung. Vermieter reagierte auf Nachfragen per booking immer prompt. Die Türöffnung/-schließung des Apartments erfolgt über eine App/Link elektronisch. Funktioniert, ist aber erst mal gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Schlafzimmer geht zur lebhaften Straße. Auch bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man den Verkehr deutlich. Matratze im Bett schwingt mit, wenn man sich auf der einen Seite umdreht (jedenfalls wenn am kein zartes Persönchen ist).

• Evelyn (8/5): - Near to city centre about 20 minutes walk Shower area is abit too small can hardly stretch our arms. Could hear the tram running at night and the noise is quite irritating.
• Marco (10/5): Good value for the money. - This is was a nice, clean flat in a wonderful location, very close to Bocconi University. Even though the flat is in a busy street, it was very quiet and I got really good sleep. I wish there was AC in the bedroom as well, but some cool air from the living room does get to the bedroom.

Very convenient access to the apartment with an electronic key. Everything was thought out, from the dishes to an additional set of bed linen, since we were traveling with a friend and it was convenient for us to sleep in different rooms 👌🏽

He even gave us recommendations for restaurants and they were great. Location of apartment was very close to tram and subway, which made it very easy to travel around Milan. We had a great experience and would stay here again. I can not say anything negative about our experience at Nido Milanese. We do not travel a lot and I did not read instructions clearly but with Matteo's help I was able to figure out how to access door for apartment.

The service was extremely helpful. 1) There were no knives in the kitchen that I could cut the lemon (while owner mentioned that will fix it asap) 2) Ventilation in the bathroom was not enough to dry the room. I think this almost impossible to fix due old building air channels. 3) Small stair between living room and bedroom. If you will forget about it-you can fall. Specially focus on this if you travel with a child.

Apartment is near Bocconi University so you have big number of small restaurants. Apartment is super secure. Host is extremely helpful, kind and willing to help. Apartment is near public garage.
• Ana (9/5): Once in, everything great! - great location, responsive owner with great communication, lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Apartment has all essentials, coffee machine with capsules, etc. getting into the apartment was a bit challenging: one e-mail had a link to the app that opens the front gate, then another has the code for the lock that has the key to the outer door, then the app again for the internal door, turn twice to the left.... Make sure you have internet access and your phone is charged!

Few things to highlight: Very central location close to metro, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants around; Had a lift; Clean and newly renovated. Both bed and sofa bed are very comfortable; Excellent customer service. Our host Matteo was very responsive and helpful. Spoke fluent English so we had no issues communicating and getting the information needed for a trip. Highly recommend.
