• Guest (1/5): - ⸻ I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Poor communication with the owner — we barely managed to get into the flat even 3 hours after check-in. He didn’t know the code for the entrance door and suggested we wait for the neighbors to let us in. When we arrived, there was no key in the mailbox. He said the apartment was on the second floor, but it was actually on the first, so we had to wait another hour until he found out the code for the other mailbox so we could enter. The internet wasn’t working, and he replied to my message about it only after we had already left the apartment. The shower and hot water also weren’t working.

• SANTINA (7/5): Soggiorno un pò così cosi - Alloggio bellissimo e ben arredato. Peccato poco valorizzato. I proprietari o gestori dovrebbero fare attenzione tra un cliente e l'altro ed eventualmente sistemare ciò che hanno lasciato soprattutto se ci sono riparazioni da fare. A Roma con 40° non si può stare barricati in camera con tapparella rotta . Accoglienza inesistente pessima, problemi tecnici non risolti . Accesso all'appartamento impossibile se non grazie all'aiuto di un inquilino dello stabile.

• Andrada (10/5): Very nice/clean/italian apartment - Everything was super nice, the apartament is renovated but kept the Italian style, very clean, nice building, very close to the metro and bus, in 30 min you were at the main attractions. Overall the report quality-price was very good. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. And the host is super helpful! Nothing
• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed staying in the Appia Luxe apartment. The design is fantastic and feels like home. It is a very spacious and clean place. You can get easily to the city centre by taking only one bus without changes and it will take you around 20 mins to get to Coliseu! Communication is very fast and easy. Thank you for this great experience! I highly recommend this fantastic apartment.
• Coman (4/5): The property needs improvement - There was a lot of space The tv from the bedroom doesn’t function. The hood, extractor from the kitchen was not functional. No private place to park and the free area of the parking place was very busy, we could barely find a place to park.
