Dispõe do necessário pra quem quer fazer refeição no local ou mesmo preparar a própria refeição rápida. Vale muito à pena mesmo. Não há reclamações mas só observações . A responsável pelo contato demorou um pouco para enviar algumas informações. O controle da TV não estava funcionando. Tivemos um contratempo na extensão da diária que pagamos a mais (com bastante antecendência) e a informação não chegou aos funcionários que bloquearam nossa entrada Qd voltamos de um compromisso. Mas foi resolvido rapidamente em poucos minutos. Foram coisas pequenas. A estadia vale mujto a pena mesmo. Voltaremos sem dúvida

• Babialg (10/5): Excelênte! - Localização excelente! O flat está localizado em uma rua tranquila e de fácil acesso à Av. Paulista e ao metrô. Várias opções de alimentação no entorno. Com certeza consideraria me hospedar novamente nesta acomodação.

• Castro (10/5): Nota 10. - A Localização é excelente e a estadia melhor ainda, cama muito confortável e o banheiro é amplo. A janela era muito fechada com pouca iluminação natural. Fora esse detalhe o restante foi muito bom.

Só precisa fazer manutenção de pintura, principalmente no banheiro que estava com as paredes com fungos. Normal para um banheiro que não tem janela. E no quarto, perto do teto também, menos que no banheiro. E a ducha ao lado do vaso não estava bem.conectada, vazando água junto ao registro. Fora isso, tudo maravilhoso! Só manutenção normal mesmo! Estada ótima!

• Rudy (5/5): MUY MAL EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE - El apartamento que se ubica dentro de un hotel el Hotel Transamerica Executive, la habitación no está mal, pues está equipada con artículos de cocina, la cama es cómoda y el tamaño de la habitación para 2 personas está bien, aunque se nota que ya esta vieja la habitación y algunos muebles y ciertas partes necesitan mantenimiento como el techo del baño, pero se ve limpia y ordenada. El internet es rápido y la ubicación esta próxima a la avenida paulista puntos a su favor. The apartment is located inside the Transamerica Executive Hotel. The room isn't bad, as it's equipped with kitchenware, the bed is comfortable, and the room size for two people is adequate. Although the room is noticeably older, some furniture, and certain areas, like the bathroom ceiling, need maintenance, but the room looks clean and tidy. The internet is fast, and the location is close to Avenue Paulista, which are points in its favor. Lo que NO nos gustó fue el servicio del anfitrión, elegimos 5 noches de las cuales por el vuelo llegamos un día después pero para tener una habitación disponible preferimos pagar una noche más que fue casi regalada al anfitrión, y a nuestra llegada para 5 noches, solo teníamos 3 bolsitas pequeñas de champú y dos rollos de papel Higiénico para dos personas por 5 noches, cuando solicitamos papel higiénico a recepción del hotel nos dijeron que teníamos que solicitarlo al anfitrión de la habitación, lo hicimos y la repuesta de este fue que no podían porque teníamos que hacer cita para COMPRARLO, de todos los hoteles y habitaciones que hemos estado en toda Latinoamérica y Europa, es la primera vez que se nos solicita pagar un simple y nada costoso papel higiénico, y esto a pesar de haber pagado un precio alto por las noches y regalarle una noche, un simple papel higiénico, parece los lleva a la banca rota, conclusión, no les interesa brindar un buen servicio al cliente, solo cobrar, además que ofrecen una caja de seguridad en la habitación que no funciona, por lo que dejo al lector saque sus conclusiones de hospedarse con este anfitrión. What we did NOT like was the host service, we chose 5 nights of which due to the flight we arrived a day later but to have a room available we preferred to pay one more night which was practically given to the host, and upon our arrival for 5 nights, we only had 3 small bags of shampoo and two rolls of toilet paper for two people for 5 nights, when we requested toilet paper at the hotel reception they told us that we had to request it from the host of the room, we did and the response from this was that they could not because we had to make an appointment to BUY IT, of all the hotels and rooms we have been throughout Latin America and Europe, it is the first time that we are asked to pay for a simple and not expensive toilet paper, and this despite having paid a high price for the nights and giving them one night, a simple toilet pape
