• Stephanie (8/5): - I loved the location. I also loved the jet tub and how we had a 2bed and 2 bath. Everything you could ever need. There was even toys for my daughter. The beds weren't very comfortable and the pillow.

Inside is not well decorated. Using mostly dollar store items. Had 20 knives or more. Not well organized the kitchen. Small tiny space but packed with things. Blinds on upper window completely broken. Not accessible. Been travelling à lifetime ànd never saw so many reminders ànd rules ànd holds on credit cards. If owners are that scared to rent. Then dont. We also got locked out at check in for over half hour Missed the pool. Ànd management refused to give us a discount. No one even contacted us We had to call an emergency AI service. Terrible customer service. I am an experienced Airbnb Super host and this is NOT how I treat my clients.

• Islam (10/5): Great experience overall. - Really neat and clean. Better than expected. Everything was provided as mentioned. I really loved the cleanliness part. Is what I needed. Didn't like the part where u had to take out the trash before leaving, as the garbage disposal area was quiet far and the garbage was a bit heavy to carry all the way there. Specially when u have to take the stairs down. The curatins fron of the AC unit could be a little heavier as it keeps flying off with the fan, a bit of privacy issue. I had to put a remote on it so it covers the window.

• Ivy (7/5): It was a great stay in this small but cozy place. I wish the owner could install a good window cover for better privacy - Nice and cozy! Lack of privacy! The window is facing the building’s stairs and walkway. There were 6 young guys walking to next door unit looking right inside the living room when I was sitting on the couch. It was very awkward.

• Anas (10/5): Fantastic weekend in winter time - It’s closed to most of attractive place ( Blue mountain village ), close to blue mountain trail, the studio is very spacious and the kitchen contains all staff for cooking. The furniture are old but clean

• Debra (7/5): Good - It suited our needs for our extended stay, kitchen fully equipped and very comfortable. The hvac system would bang when it started, took a bit to get used to. We had an extended stay and the guest laundry wasn't accessible, had to find alternative.

The towels in the bathhouse smelled moldy, which made me feel very sick. The microwave didn't work properly, the kettle was dirty, the water coming out of the kitchen was cloudy, and the dishes were full of traces of someone else's use.
