• Brianna (10/5): We were looking for a quiet location and this is what we got, with lots of other added benefits . - The location, parking and having a breakfast cafe next door. The room was very large, but the toilet and shower area were quite small, but sufficient and clean Can't think of anything I didn't like
• Tracey (6/5): Pretty area, lovely people, great food nearby and comfortable quiet bed for an overnight stay. - Elly’s Café next door was brilliant and deserves to be busier, don’t miss the great coffee, excellent food and tempting sweets available at this little gem. The Pub Bistro down the road had good food, the best staff , everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. It is a short drive to beautiful river with amazing views. Lovely decor and comfortable bed. No washing machine, dryer, iron or wardrobe which is disappointing at this price. It is always great when travelling to at least be able to iron your clothes for the next day, which is what you would except as a basic in a self contained studio apartment. Location is a little remote however we did not hear any road noise.

• Mellisa (8/5): Comfortable but very little privacy. Also noisy with cafe pressure washer of alfresco are after hours. - Modern, clean, spacious snd easy to find. Lack of privacy due to being next door to a working cafe. Front door is glass and both the front door and windows are position on the cafe’s alfresco area. We had people walk in our door thinking it was a business. A contributing factor of this belief is possibly that there is a business sign ‘sweets’ above window and door.

• Erin (7/5): - Good location to stay for a night around the Maria island ferry and a comfy bed Bert big window onto the main road so had to close the blinds at all times. Was cold needed to use the heated blanket so might be very cold in the winter.
• Carrie (8/5): - Super clean and cozy. Very close to the pub/dining/live music venue. Right in the centre of Orford. Cafe next door for breakfast. Breakfast was ok, limited options but did the job! Comfy beds, lovely bathroom. / facilities. Nothing, this was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay.

Bed was super comfortable, the heater certainly warmed the room beautifully. Interior styling was lovely. Would definitely return Only a small matter, the brown towels we had looked a little tired had pink bleach stains. Maybe some new ones. Would be great 👍
• Hannah (10/5): - Fresh and so tastefully appointed. We were cosy in the spacious apartment when it was cold & blustery outside. Having the cafe next door was a bonus! The apartment has everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend, and we'll definitely be back!
• Greg (10/5): A great find. - Loved everything about this unit. Orford is a tranquil beautiful town, and the nature walks are superb. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The heating was perfect, though we had to turn it off at night. Being next to the excellent cafe was a bonus, and it is the perfect base for visiting Maria Island.
• Simone (8/5): A pleasant stay - The studio is spacious and bed is comfortable. We were slightly worried about noise from the adjoining cafe, but whether it was because we were there in off-season or otherwise, we heard nothing (and saw no one). To note if you’re traveling in winter, the room was icy when we first arrived and the heater takes some time to warm the space. Once warm, it retains the heat though.
• Al (7/5): Good - The layout of the studio is great, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. It was a short walk to the beach and pub. No noise from the cafe next door in the morning other than cars.was great. It was freezing cold, and the heater was sadly not up to the job. The space took 3-4 hours to get to a reasonable temperature and that's where it remained, not warm as such but ok if we kept our shoes and jumpers on. The bathroom was beyond freezing and the IXL Tastic thing was useless as the ceiling was so high its impact was minimal. We didn't shower as it was literally just too cold. Add that to the 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the toilet with no other roll anywhere to be seen and we left earlier than expected

I didnt like that we were on display to the cafe customers, needing to close the blinds. The highway noise started early in the morning. I didnt like having to sit on bed to watch the TV.

• Annette (10/5): Just adorable! - Beautifully presented, clean contemporary vibe and all amenities of excellent quality in large open plan studio. Even though located on highway, the studio was peaceful and just across the road from a pretty coastal walk.

• Suzette (9/5): Beautifully presented studio in Orford. - N/A I think an airconditioner is needed because there are only small windows up high to allow fresh air in. These windows always need to be covered by blinds & curtains for privacy so airflow is extremely limited.

• Julie (7/5): This property was perfect for our three night stay. Close to the ferry to Maria Island and beautiful walks all around. - Location, great shower and well equipped kitchen. Lovely outlook and great cafe next door with fantastic breakfast and coffee. Comfy bed, great Tv and Wifi. Great communication with owner and easy check in and out. Would have loved a fan or much larger sliding window as no air conditioner and it was unusually humid. A small sofa or two tub chairs to watch Tv would make the room even more comfortable

• Chris (6/5): Decor looked nice but too many negatives - it was cute unit was very cold. it was so dark at night we couldn’t even go out to the car which is a dangerous situation. Milk was extra light so had to go out and buy more milk for a cuppa when we arrived. Water leaked everywhere when showering.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at the room. Lovely bedding and shower. Great outdoor area to sit at when cafe is closed. I would have liked a bench to put suitcases on, we had to put them on the floor. I think a small 2-seater lounge at the end of the bed would be great, so you catch watch TV. Plenty of room for a king bed instead of QS as well. They are just suggestions; we had a very comfortable stay.
• Gregory (8/5): Comfortable - It was a comfortable place to stay for a short visit to explore the surrounding areas. The cafe was an easy place to buy breakfast. The front of the studio looks out onto cafe carpark and opens onto the cafe verandah.
