Pamela (4/5): Apartment doesn't look like the pictures - Location The apartment we received did not look like the pictures at all, not even the same quality of apartment. Carpet was noticable dirty (not vacuumed), the sofa edges were grey because of the amount of dirt. The blankets were stained. We didn't get enough placemats. The whole apartment looked run down. Blender didn't work. I asked to be moved to another apartment of their agency and this request was ignored. There are much better apartments in the Zazue complex to stay in.
