• Agah (10/5): - The host was very attentive and helpful. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered in the room. Everything was spotless and very clean. I stayed in the single room but there was a double bed in it. So naturally the room felt a bit smaller. However that was not a problem for me. If I come to London again, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. I was satisfied with everything.

Los anfitriones tenían siempre agua preparada, bebidas para el desayuno e incluso útiles de aseo personal. El barrio es un barrio residencial y tranquilo. Es cierto que esta muy bien comunicado a través de metro, tren o autobús pero hay que tener en cuenta que esta a las afueras de la ciudad. Para nosotros no fue un problema ya que es super sencillo desplazarte con el transporte público.

Clean towels were ready prepared in the room, as well as tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom was also cleaned and Toiletries were provided. Everything was good.The only suggestion Is to include the name of the estate in the address as it wasn't clear in Google maps.

• Vladimir (10/5): A place like a home - I stayed a few days at West Dulwich Home and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. Michelle and Gerald were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and genuinely helpful — they made me feel welcome straight away and I felt this place is like a home. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, and the whole place was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was very spacious and absolutely spotless. I also really appreciated having free access to the living room and kitchen, which made the stay feel easy and homely. The house is quiet and located in a lovely neighbourhood, and I had no trouble finding free parking right next to the property. Getting into central London was also simple and not an issue at all. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, calm, and comfortable place with wonderful hosts.

• Abdoul (10/5): Une expérience authentique - Que dire de l’accueil des hôtes si ce n’est que dès mon entrée dans le logement, je me suis senti comme à la maison. J’ai aimé leur disponibilité, nos discussions en fin de journée ainsi que les différents conseils pour visiter Dulwich ainsi que Londres. En parlant de Londres, le logement est assez bien desservi en bus et en train. Ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement Londres et ces attractions phares (de jour comme de nuit). Le logement en lui-même est propre avec les rangements et les commodités qu’il faut. Le fait de n’avoir pas pu rester plus longtemps. Mais je reviendrai :)

• Annemarie (7/5): Nice room with lovely people. - Very nice people and the cleanest place on earth. Free parking nearby, bus on 7 minutes walking distance. Room is upstairs and the shared bathroom downstairs, the people who live in the house are extremely quiet, but we are very light sleepers. I could hear snoring. The room is really small for two persons and the bed is very comfortable, but Wylie could feel the other turning around:) No big problems, transportation into the city takes a while. Advice: you can also take the train, it’s a lot faster, train station nearby. I would say: If the price of the room was lower, it would be more in balance.

Really appreciated the cold water refills and everything was spotless. The bathroom was a decent size and I even had a bath after my marathon which was very needed. Super relaxing in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Michelle and Gerald were so kind, they went above and beyond to help me relax and recover after the race. I’ll definitely be coming back. • John (10/5): I was treated like a member of the family. Very warm, friendly people. - As there was a tube strike the day I arrived I was very late getting there. Michelle worked out the bus route for me to get there and kept in touch by phone to monitor my progress. Her husband very kindly came out to meet me and show me the way. When I arrived I received Jamaican chicken curry with rice and peas (and plantain on the side), which was not meant to be included in the package. So I finally found out what a duchy pan was! They were both excellent hosts and told me of a great local cafe for breakfast. A lovely experience. I'm not complaining, just warning; you do have to take your shoes off upon entry, Japanese style.

• keith (10/5): A fantastic, friendly home from home 🏠 - I also stayed here last year as it’s close to Clapham Common for the London-Brighton cycle run🚲.It’s an excellent, modern property run by a lovely family. Feel like part of the family after a few days. It’s close to a couple of Stations and can be up to Euston in a heartbeat. Also, a short train & tube ride to the Oval 🏏. You’d have trouble finding another place as clean, tidy & welcoming in the uk, never mind in London 👍. I’ll be there for next year’s ride 🚲. Nothing. Everything is exceptional.

Propreté irréprochable. Plateau de courtoisie et kit salle de bain appréciés. L'endroit est très calme. La chambre est un peu petite pour 2 cyclistes qui ont plein de sacoches à poser.
• Anne (10/5): Amazing hospitality, a tranquil oasis in the heart of south london, minutes from brixton. - I loved so much, this was honestly one of the best experiences I have had staying in a bnb or booking.com place mainly because Michelle and Gerald were so lovely. Michelle is super organised with the information I needed to get in, and very caring and hospitable. She was so thoughtful about so many details and went above and beyond what she needed to - in terms of cool water to drink on a hot day, explaining everything so well, and giving directions. She and her husband have a wonderful house, in a quiet corner of a beautiful part of south London backing onto a huge green area. It is also just next to a cycle path so I hopped onto a 'lime' rental bike at Brixton station to get there. The bathroom and room facilities have everything you need from a hairdryer to a kettle and phone charging block. They have thought of EVERYTHING ! I would stay again in a heartbeat when I need to come back to London. I cant find anything that could be better - it was a great stay. Perfect.

• Angela (9/5): Charming location away from the city noise with friendly hosts - We had a great stay at this location! The hosts are very nice and friendly – Michelle in particular was very attentive and offered us some travel tips as well as checked on us regularly and whether we were comfortable during our stay. The location itself is a bit outside of the center of London so for those who want to be in the hustle and bustle, this is probably not the place to stay, but it was perfect for us and quite charming as there was a lot of greenery and more residential. As our second time in London, we were able to explore a different side of the city but could still easily get into the center via the bus system. I would definitely recommend just for the quiet and the hosts alone. The only thing I would say is that the bathroom wasn't private in the way that i expected. Since this is in a home, if other rooms are rented out at the same time, you do share this bathroom with those guests. This information is listed in the property message from the hosts in advance, but I missed this and wasn't aware until we got there. It wasn't a problem in the end but worth mentioning anyway.

They are beyond considerate of their guests. The house is clean, the linen is fresh, the room was smart and comfortable and the welcome was immense. I could happily move into this house with them! If you need a quick and easy stay this place is the one. If it looks like what you need, just book it. Nothing.
