• mari carmen (1/5): Muy mala gestión - La primera noche que llegamos, nos habian dejado en la lockbox unas llaves de un piso de dos habitaciones con capacidad para 4 personas cuando nosotros habiamos reservado una casa, no un piso, con capacidad para 9. Les llamamos y no nos respondieron hasta casi 24h después insistiendo mucho. Las dos noches siguientes ya pudimos dormir en la casa que si habiamos reservado porque nos dejaron las llaves correctas, pero cuando le pedimos una compensación por la primera noche, dejaron de contestar nuestros mensajes y marcaron nuestra reserva como "cancelada" cuando nosotros estábamos en esa casa. Para ser una empresa con varios alojamientos de alquiler, tienen muy poca profesionalidad y atención al cliente nula.

• SERGIO (1/5): terrible, lack of services, dirty - Nothing The apartment was dirty, with many non-functioning items, and lacked essential amenities, all documented with photos taken on site. The owners behaved in an intolerable manner. Upon our arrival, we reported all the missing and malfunctioning items in the apartment, and they said they would fix it. Yet, in four days, they did nothing, nothing! We spent four uncomfortable days and paid for services we didn't receive (missing chairs, unusable dishwasher, dirty and unusable oven, clogged sink, moldy ceiling, non-working lights, dirty and cracked walls, cabinets with doors that wouldn't close, etc.). Intolerable and unbearable!!! My family and I had a terrible stay and a truly awful experience. Avoid!

• vannucci (7/5): - Premetto che è il mio primo viaggio a Londra e non ho termini di paragone con altre strutture in loco, detto ciò la casa è molto grande e a me è piaciuta, ci sarebbero delle cose da migliorare ma per 3 giorni va più che bene. Molto calda. L'impressione è che poco a poco stiano facendo dei lavoretti di manutenzione. Non aspettatevi il lusso che è scritto nel nome. La porta di ingresso dall'esterno non si chiude a chiave e le serrature sono ridicole e con una spallata si aprirebbe. C'è una porticina secondaria in cucina che con non da nessuna sicurezza, probabilmente la zona è talmente sicura che va bene così! Scordatevi la WI.FI. come detto da altri non funziona. Ho scritto alla signora che mi avevano indicato per eventuali problemi e mi ha risposto dicendomi di usare un'altra WiFi che peccato non esistesse, quando gli ho fatto notare la cosa non ha più risposto, direi comportamento scorretto.

• Hakan (6/5): Prima locatie, ruime kamers, maar veel minpunten in het huis wat niet werkt. - De locatie is optimaal. Het lijkt modern maar is behoorlijk verouderd. Van de douchecabine tot het bad tot de vaatwasser in de keuken alles moet onderhouden en een keer vervangen worden. De matrassen mogen ook wel een keer vervangen worden.

Felt safe and easy walking to shops, pubs and public transport. Washing machine and dryer. Host very responsive and helpful. Listed as a luxury modern flat - no coffee machine, milk or nice touches. No hair dryer or iron. Dishwasher didn’t work, maintenance was looking into things but didn’t hear back. Very basic kitchen for a place that sleeps 9. Very clean linen but beds uncomfortable.

Nice quiet area not far from centrum. Would recommend and return :) Only bad things, other than mentioned below, everything else was top: - dishwasher didn’t work and the host didn’t respond when informed - isn’t well kept, could use a renovation. But for a vacation stay, we didn’t care.

• Bernhard (8/5): - Die Lage, auch wenn die Gegend nicht die der Reichen und Schönen war, ist es dort doch sehr angenehm. Das Haus war groß und geräumig. Der Travel Agent war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist für mehr als sechs Personen zu wenig und die Betten für 2 Personen wahrscheinlich schon recht schmal. Allgemein ist das Haus schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Renovierung täte Not. Aber für 4 Männer mit keinen großen Ansprüchen, also für jeden 1 Schlafzimmer war es absolut OK.

• Hawa (8/5): Rooms were decent sized and bathrooms were also good. - Location was good. Staff was a bit unresponsive. Dishwasher wasn’t working and despite messages no response was there.
• Paul (3/5): Proceed with caution - be warned. - Key safe outside, code given on the check in day access was no problem. Communication was alright with the host, although there was far too much for them to get this property upto standard. Lots. The heading being 'Luxury' is misleading, and incorrect. The kitchen was not clean on arrival either. This property is unsafe and in a poor state of repair and we would strongly suggest seeking alternative accommodation. Whilst the host may reply and say that they attempted to rectify the issues encountered, the reality is that this property needs to be taken off the rental market, money invested in it to bring it up to a safe standard, be properly equipped and re-let. The is no doubt that the property could be lovely, its location is good and easily accessible around London, just needs a lot of TLC. To summarise with photo's to support:- Safety issues Smoke alarm missing from the kitchen Upper windows have no restraints, which could be extremely dangerous with young children. The oven element is broken, and drops towards the door (sister in law burnt her hand quite badly on the Saturday night). Carpet on the top flight of stairs was a trip hazard. Extension leads and cabling coming out of the chimney in the living room. Signs of electrical fault around sockets. Equipment Beds (2 of them were really bad) 2 not so bad but at one point i thought a spring was going to penetrate my skin!! Bedroom blinds broken (almost all of them) and none of them are black out, so from 6am it was bright in the bedrooms. Oven broken (as above) Dishwasher broken, and dirty. Fridge broken and thermostat/light hanging off. Kitchen dirty, drawers and extract hood filthy. Kitchen poorly equipped, no knives to cut anything!! Dining room table with 6 chairs (thought it slept 9? 5 mugs (again for 9??!!) Generally crockery & cutlery quantities were lacking. Fag butts in back courtyard garden, very untidy. Shower screen in upstairs bathroom broken and constantly falling off rails. Randomly the kitchen doesn't have a draining board!!!
• Jeanne (8/5): A decent property in an excellent location and a good price for London. - The best thing about the property is the superb location. It is an easy walk to Elephant and Castle tube station for longer trips but we found that we could walk almost everywhere in the city straight from the house. There is a well stocked Sainsbury’s within walking distance too. The house is very spacious, we were a family of 4 adults and two girls aged 10 and 12 and we had plenty of room. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen is huge. No bad smells at all as I have read in another review. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfectly serviceable with good toiletries and more than sufficient toilet rolls. The house was obviously beautifully restored and equipped several years ago and now needs a bit of care. Having exchanged messages with the host, I believe that is the intention. As it is, The kitchen could be better equipped for those who, like us, want to cook. However, the host was very responsive when we asked for a couple of extras and had them sent round.

Communication with the contact person of the building was smooth, the location is convenient and the rooms are generally well organised. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with an funky smell - especially in the kitchen - and signs of humidity. The house was poorly equipped - there were not even the essentials such as toilet paper. In addition, trash in front of the house, a blocked drain in the shower and the general condition of the building made the stay less comfortable. The house has potential but needs urgent cleaning and renovation.
