• Nicholas (10/5): Overall had a great stay and would recommend for anyone to stay here - The cleanliness & the constant dialogue with the owner. Had everything I needed . Everything was great .
• Rebecca (8/5): Bed was the best I have ever slept on so comfortable - Loved the location, I had an event to attend at the Tivoli and this was walkable distance The amenities, toilet, shower and vanity could be replaced. A bit past it dates.

• Suzette (1/5): - Was unable to access the letterbox for key so did not stay. The advertised address was not the street location for the apartment. On raising concern with manager was not satisfied with support provided. I was also unable to get a credit or refund.

• Maria (10/5): Absolutely loved this apartment and the locale!! - The location was brilliant…. Cafes, restaurants, theatre, pubs, 7/11, all within a block. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and had everything you needed. The apartment site had a pool too. The hostess was always quick to reply to messages and so welcoming. My new favourite place to stay!
• Corey (8/5): - It was a nice clean apartment in a good location Nil air-conditioner in bedroom. Confusing how to check in (might need pictures to explain where the letter box is actually located). Checking out i put keys in the safe but took a picture of the safe not the keys, I wasn't made aware what the owner wanted me to photograph

• Darren (9/5): Lovely well equipped apartment in a great location. - The apartment is in a great location with restaurants and bars close by and the Tivoli right next door which was perfect. The apartment is nice and spacious with practically everything you need. Olivia, the owner was excellent with all communication and made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and will happily stay at this property in the future. We had a little bit of trouble parking to collect the keys as it’s a busy little precinct. I also had some trouble trying to get the key from the letterbox but called the owner who was extremely helpful and happy to explain how to get them.
• Hamid (8/5): Overall it was a pleasant stay. - I didn't have breakfast as it was only an ovenight stay and I was away early! Probably a little more explanation of parking in the underground car park as to which bay was mine. I was told to park in any visitors car park which I did only to find a warning on my car that I was illegally parked.

• Rosemary (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment furnished well. Administration and pre checkin were a nightmare. Uploading documents exorbitant about fot deposit etc etc.Locating the key was another difficulty, opening the post box and securing the key from lock box. Checking out not easy either . Sending a photo that has been returned. After a couple of hours of sending but not arriving host decided cleaners could check if the key was there. These difficulties could be avoided if host came to meet the guest.

• Rebecca (8/5): Very good - The location was good. Parking in the complex wasn't good as there were only visitors carparks and none were available when we arrived. We had to pay for parking, which was disappointing for our first night.

• Michelle (1/5): Don't do it - The apartment itself is decent sized and has potential The price, the ridiculous security deposit that was higher than the room cost for one night and that's all we were staying for, correspondence with staff is unprofessional and don't expect your security to be returned in a timely fashion. Apparently there is no one on a Managers level able to speak to you if having problems and the policies for them returning money is so far wrong.

• Joanna (5/5): Good location but value for money and booking/check in support is poor. - Good location for the event I was attending. Modern, Good facilities, comfortable. Check in was difficult with little support. Stood outside property for 45 minutes before someone was able to help me. Property smelt like cigarettes upon entering. Plates and glasses were not properly cleaned. Had a kettle but no coffee. The property is advertised with aircon but it doesn’t have aircon in main bedroom, only in living room, which was not what I was wanting. No privacy, looks straight onto neighbours balcony. Value for money was not there, and very disappointed with the support offered when having issues checking in.
