Büyük gruplar için uygun bir ev Evde priz için dönüştürücü yoktu. Banyolardan birinin sifonu zor basıyor ve yataklar daha rahat olabilirdi.
• Roger (5/5): Fabulous flat but my visit was marred by misleading information (now corrected). - This is a stylish flat in an absolutely fabulous location. The arrangement for picking up the keys was quick and easy. The flat was well equipped with everything you might reasonably want. Communication with the host was good. I was charged a cleaning fee that more than doubled the cost and this came as a nasty shock. When I came to pay, I assumed that the enormous figure labeled "cleaning fee" must have referred to the total cost (including cleaning) but I was wrong and found I had paid over £400 instead of the £200 odd pounds I was expecting. The host (who responded promptly refused a refund saying that it was all clear from the description. However it was not clear and I felt cheated. I note that the webpage has now been changed to quote, correctly, the total price so these negative comments should not put off future guests. The location and facilities of the flat are so good that the full price, though more than I was expecting, is not unreasonable.
• Kelvin (5/5): Good place spoiled be the claim we broke a chair which none of us did - Everything ok We got charged £170 for a broken chair I paid for it to basically get them off my back but none of us could ever remember breaking or seeing a broken chair so it could be a regular scam played to get extra as we didn’t do it

• Staale (8/5): - Sentral beliggenhet, god plass, enkel admin for henting og levering av nøkler. God kommunikasjon med utleier i forkant av oppholdet Vi fikk krav om betaling av skader på screen, vindushaspe og spyler til ett av toalettene som var der da vi kom

Kat olması büyük bavulunuz varsa yukarı çıkarması gerçekten çok zor. Evin içinde de yatak odaları üst katta olduğu için 3 kat bavul çıkartıp bir de evde üst kata çıkmak bi şok etkisi yarattı 😂 onun haricinde herşey çok iyi temiz mutfak, banyolar, yatak odaları 6 kişi kaldık sorun yaşamadık Haftasonuna denk geliyorsa seyahatiniz girişteki bar baya hareketli ve sesli caddeye bakan oda baya sesi alıyor. Biz eve girdiğimizde ve çıkarken video çekip elimizde bulundurduk çıkarken problem yaşamamak için. Booking.com ve de ev sahibimiz sorularımıza kısa zamanda geri dönüş yapıp yardımcı oldular bir sonraki seyahatimizde de tekrar kalmak isteyebileceğimiz bir ev teşekkürler Dar Merdivenle 3 kat çıkmak

• Naomi (9/5): Great location with plenty of space! - I loved the location and the spacious floor plan. Theresponsiveness of the host was great as well. I was not prepared for the steepness of the steps to enter the property, especially with a 60lbs suitcase.

• karine (9/5): Tres bon séjour - Très confortable et spacieux pour 5 personnes, ce que nous étions. Parfait aussi pour 6. Emplacement proche de tout. Des restaurants au pied de la porte. On peut petit déjeuner au rez de chaussée. Récupérer un repas de poulet en take away et remonter manger. Bar de nuit a côté, sans nuisance. Chambres pas immenses mais suffisant. Équipement suffisant. A 2 pas d'oxford street, de toutes les boutiques emblématiques, de liberty.... Lits confortables. Linge de lit ok. Bien noter qu'il s'agit d'un 3 eme étage pour les français. La montée d'escalier est étroite et longue. Attention en cas de bagages lourds ou volumineux. Il faut être valide. Équipement basique mais suffisant. Le nettoyage des joints de douche à perfectionner. Manque le bouton de wc de la chambre parentale.

• Jan Hytch (10/5): Top location, lovely apartment, excellent host, very clear instructions. Highly recommended. - The location was ideal, just between Oxford Street and Soho Square. The apartment had just about everything we needed (except champagne glasses!) and was very comfortable. Has air condition which would no doubt be a massive bonus in the summer. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to Oxford Street. Very friendly and responsive host. Negotiating the 5 flights of stairs with luggage was not fun, but to be expected in these locations. Fortunately, once you get into the apartment it more than compensates.

• DAN (9/5): - Location location location On the last day I couldn’t give back my keys because I was asked to give them back in a store that didn’t accept them and it caused me a long and unnecessary delay
• SusanM (10/5): Enjoyable place to stay for a family. - The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen had all we needed to cook meals or warm up take away food. The bathrooms were modern and the bedrooms comfortable. It was nice to have a private bedroom for each of us. The air conditioning was a plus while we were there as London was over 80 degrees every day. Location was prime! Many restaurants, stores and taverns just a short walk as well as the Oxford Circus Tube station. Our host was very responsive to questions and information and even arranged early check-in when our plane arrived early in mid morning. I think the ad for this apartment should have included 3rd floor walk up. We saw stairs on the pictures for it but it was the stairs going up to the bedrooms. We were surprised by this!

• תורגמן (4/5): There was no service, the stairs were a nightmare, and overall if the location wasn't there was no chance we would s - The location was excellent! The apartment was cute. It would have been nice if someone had said there were over 50 very steep steps there. Maybe we wouldn't have closed because of carrying large suitcases and no one welcomed us or helped us. We had to walk a few blocks to get the key. We were five adults but only received one set of keys, which didn't allow us any flexibility in plans in case we wanted to split up. Even when I asked for another key at the store, the guy was not related to the apartment but just a drop-off station. We were there for 5 nights and no cleaning services were offered, because they didn't clean the apartment for us, I asked to hire a cleaner to clean the apartment and also provide towels, even for a fee, they said they couldn't provide us on the same day and also wanted to charge us more money for towel replacement, they were very vague all the time, so in the end they didn't clean, didn't replace towels and in the end asked us to leave the apartment clean exactly as we received it. The water flow was so weak that it was terrible to shower there. The electricity in the room was very strange because we couldn't charge our phones to the maximum. We cleaned the apartment at the end not to have problems but the overall experience was disappointing.
• Joe (9/5): Perfect base for a stay in central London - Perfect location, within easy walking distance to most west end theaters, coffee shops, various restaurants ,attractions and shopping on Oxford Street. Elizabeth Line a couple of minutes away for trains to Heathrow. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Air conditioning in each bedroom and living area. Dishwasher/washing machine/other appliances all of high quality. Host company responsive to any questions. Collecting/returning the keys from the KeyNest location a few streets away was cumbersome with suitcases and only one set is provided so not ideal for 6 people. Stairwell is narrow which is to be expected but something to note if you have heavy luggage. TV relies on using your own streaming services, no local TV stations without having access to BBC iPlayer/Freeview/C4 logins etc and UK mobile number to sign up.
• Farah (8/5): Everything was excellent, except no elevated and too many stairs with heavy suitcase - Nice size apartment and rooms Please don’t book the apartment if you have any problem because too many stairs, no elevator with heavy suitcase. This was the worst experience with stairs.
• Danielle (10/5): Perfect Business Usage - We had a team of fitters staying at the location for business NBS/Oxford Road and this was the perfect location. With the booker not being within the party staying the host was super responsive for the duration and nothing was too much trouble. I have 100% feedback but the only issue encountered was only one key and the collection point for the key wasn’t 24hr opening so 1 party member had to wait for others to arrive in the early hours. Apart from that minor admin hiccup it was the perfect location and we would 100% utilise this location again!

• Amelia (9/5): Great apartment in great location. Night street noise heard in bedroom 1 needs to be addressed. - Excellent location and beautiful apartment suitable for us 5 adults. The noise from the street at night in the first bedroom was annoying. Extra glazing on windows definitely required. Bedrooms 2 and 3 were not impacted. Also, a second set f keys , at no cost) given there were 5 adults with different agendas would have been appreciated.

We were able to get e - Very spacious for our group of 5 and centrally located to everything! The property was dirty upon arrival, but was resolved and cleaned after contacting the property which took a little over an hour in total. The sheets on the bed had marks on them, suggesting they weren’t washed since the previous guests stay. The 2-in-1 washer and dryer was a bit confusing to operate, but after a quick YouTube video we were able to figure it out.

• Si (8/5): Great stay in the heart of Soho - Great location very modern and clean. It wasn’t clear when booking that the keys were to be collected and dropped off at a shop 7 mins walk away. The shop opened at 09:00 which meant I was late to meeting. This needs to be made clear on the booking.
