Pulitissima. Niente da dire. Peccato non sia collegata con le metro
- Elena (7/5): - Camera spaziosa, giardino carino, struttura pulita Finestre troppo piccole, purtroppo posate e bicchieri erano sporchi
- Rosalda Roscioli (7/5): Todo bien, muy funcional y comodo. Solo recomendamos cambiar el Colchón y almohadas. - La ubicación, seguridad y movilidad. El colchon y las almohadas. ( materasso e cuscini).
- Caterina (10/5): Davvero contentissimi! - Posizione perfetta, ben collegata. Appartamento molto curato e carino. Consiglio davvero! Purtroppo non c'è un parcheggio privato, quindi bisogna perdere un po' di tempo per trovare parcheggio nei dintorni.
- Carole (1/5): A sheer disappointment - The location of this basement apartment is ideal for a Rome stay. There’s a corner store across the road, coffee shop around the corner and many family run restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The terrace was also a treat with its 3 chairs, table and umbrella. It’s a damp, basement apartment. As a result, ventilation is not good. More specifically, there was mold (due to ongoing condensation and poor cleaning) all over the tiny tiled shower, behind the toilet and even in the washing machine seal. There were also spores on the ceiling of the bathroom.
The kitchen fridge is very noisy perhaps because of its age. The kitchen equipment looks like hand me downs. The bathroom towels are cheap and worn. There was a build up of dust in the bathroom as well. The bedding does not even fit the mattress well. So, lots to negatively impact the inside time within this dark apartment.
- Vieru (1/5): Tourist tax scam - Scammed us with the tourist tax, refused to provide receipt after bank transfer
- Rihards (5/5): Passable - The internet The apartment wasn’t that good like it was in the pictures, photos in Booking was taken very long time ago, nothing looked like pictures. The apartment humidity was bad, everything was wet.
The doors to bedroom was so broken and loud when somebody opened them
In the bathroom were insects. The bed was old and loud, very used. The kettle didn’t work.
Bed mattresses very broken. Bottle opener was broken. And check out already at 10 o’clock.
Only good thing about the apartment there was a very good internet. Think twice before take this apartment.
- Goyal (9/5): Superb - It was nice room. Landlord was also nice.
- Isaac (10/5): Best place ever and will come back - The location and everything in the house Nothing
- Michal (9/5): Good time with my family. - Its good temperature inside and perfect small patio outside. Good communication with the city centre. Our electric kettle didn’t work.
- Juzan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (10/5): Great private location. Great value, transportation close by. Many good things. - Location and that it was very private. The Value. It had a kitchen and A.C. It had a washing machine. Would totally stay there again. The room door didn't close, no shampoo.
- Sammy-jay (5/5): Not terrible but would not stay again or recommend to anyone - WiFi and garden Only contact from host was about photos of our passport and city tax. No welcome pack or instructions on where to put rubbish, how to turn gas on for hob or information about local amenities. Bed was very uncomfortable and creaked if you even moved slightly so slept on sofa in living room
- Eduardo (8/5): Good stay - It is a good basement apartment to stay in Rome. I liked so much the neighborhood, with a lot of restaurants ans small markets. Bed is confortable as well and apartment is cozy. Despite good connection to public transportation, arriving city center takes some time (about 30 minutes). However, we knew it before the reservation, so it was not a problem. Bathroom is too small, specially for big person like me.
- Anastasiia (8/5): Very good -
- Nenad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Boris (5/5): Passable - The suite was well equipped(except for the broken wine opener) and the location was great, cafe right across the street, shops nearby, etc. The suite is located underground (cellar ) so it was quite cold for a winter stay. We also had problems with hot water, however the owners fixed the issue quickly.
- Adrienn (9/5): This is a lovely apartment in a great area. I recommend it to everyone. -
- Agnes (10/5): Would definitely stay here again! - Great location, great host, great WIFI. The apartment was also very well equipped, but of course a bit dark cause it is souterrain. But you know that before. I would definitely book it again! Can´t think of anything....
- Charlotte (9/5): Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and it was perfect for what we were looking for. - Nice quiet location with easy access to public transport to get to the centre of Rome. A really nice sized space for a couple, and reasonably well stocked kitchen. Personally, I thought the pictures made the property look slightly smaller than it actually was. The courtyard during our stay (mid-late August) had A LOT of mosquitos so we ended up with dozens of insect bites in the week we stayed and couldn't sit out in it. I also would have preferred a sharp knife that was not serrated (which were the only ones available).
- Olena (9/5): Superb - Great and clean place. Not far from the center at a very convenient location. Our family with two little boys felt very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a short stay.
- Neve (8/5): Very good -
- Kate (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natia (7/5): Good -
- Louisa (10/5): Very nice place - Everything you need for being away from home. Tidy and clean. Comfy bed and hot shower. We only had internet at night at hotels etc.during our holiday. We were sent details of how to get into the apartment on the day we were due to stay, about 11am. We didn't have the internet all day as we had left our previous accomodation (and internet) and had to wait 2 hours before we could access the check in information, thanks to a very nice local who had the internet. Not everyone has the internet or phone on holiday. Otherwise it's a perfect place to stay!
- Hiro (9/5): Would stay again when in Rome, would definitely recommend. - the place was fully furnished and located in a quiet, family oriented neighbourhood. Very easy to walk to the supermarket and cook whatever you needed. Beds were comfortable, a lot of tourist information provided, a little secluded patio. A rustic feeling in the middle of the city. It's also close to Trastevere and the many places available for eating/drinking in the area. Extraction system in the bathroom could be improved (moisture accumulates after hot showers)
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
