• Zackyk9 (6/5): 8 days huge Apartment stay. - Location was perfect. It was a high floor which is very good. Apartment was clean. Washing machine & dryers all were working well & clean. Kitchen equipment was awesome...everything we need is there. There was no iron, only ironing board. Informed the host but nil help with getting an iron. Parking area was very small & a little expensive. The second storey of the apartment flooring was made of wood, so it was kind of noisy when people move around on the second floor. Some areas in one of the rooms of the carpeted flooring was smelly. Toilets could be better if bidets were installed. All the beds were way too soft, all of us were like literally sinking haha.
• Kellie (6/5): if it wasn't for the smell I would definitely stay here again... - Apartment was big enough to fit all 8 of us with our own bed. Location of the apartment is excellent with a quick walk into CBD and restaurants. Lots of plates and cutlery to suit large group and large table. Plenty of towels. Nothing was broken nor where there dirty scuff marks anywhere which was good. Bathrooms reasonably clean (some mould under the sinks but would be easily missed by cleaners) One bathroom upstairs and another downstairs, downstairs one was two way so made it easy. There was a sewerage smell coming from one of the cupboards upstairs which made the apartment smell requiring all windows to be open to air it out. everytime we returned from somewhere it smelled terrible. Lounge was a bit small for the group and sunk in places. Not enough toilet paper and only 1 dishwasher tablet for 4 nights? Only 1 key was hard to navigate for a group of 8.
• Cha (6/5): Overall, the location is a big plus, but the lack of responsiveness and unresolved maintenance issues made the stay less - The apartment is in a great location, which made getting around very convenient. The experience was affected by a few issues. Communication with the host was quite slow, and at times there was no response at all. The induction cooker was not working, and despite reporting this on the first day, it was never fixed during my 6 days stay so I wasn’t able to cook at all. The coffee machine was also not functional, which was disappointing. Additionally, the air conditioning in the living room didn’t always work properly, although fortunately the weather was cold during my visit, so it wasn’t a major issue.

• Renee (2/5): Unfortunately very disappointing 😞 - Location was good. That's about it. Host didn't return messages, air conditioner did not work downstairs nor turned on prior to arrival after a 4 day heatwave, did not have access to fresh towels, laundry detergent smelt like wee, 2 shampoos and no conditioner in 1 of the showers, shower not clean, only 1 key for 3 families, 1 tiny living space, most of the blinds were broken, hand wash watered down, no access to sink detergent or cloth. This room was unfortunately very disappointing, and made my family feel very on edge. Please advertise no balcony on your description. We will not stay here again. Sorry.

Super clean and perfect location with literally everything walking distance and the tram stop out the front!! I’ve got nothing negative to say whatsoever!
