Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Allen (5/5): - It was pleasant, but just lacked those few items, place needs a bit of love but just lacked those few items, no radio, no BBQ, we had to ask for an iron and ironing board, the front door code worked 1 in 3 goes, as I said it was pleasant but not special
Angela (10/5): Over all we liked the place and felt comfortable and homey - Comfortable house The water pipe outside main bedroom makes lots of noise when the sprinklers come on at 5 am for 20 min very loud noise , maybe can be programmed to come on around 8 am. Wish there was air con outlets in bedrooms for hot days
Steve (7/5): Good - Nice house, plenty of space, The listing said that cleaning products, bin liners etc. would not be supplied, I didn't notice this until after I had already confirmed my booking. However, we were delighted to find that everything that we needed was there when we arrived. Not sure if this is a change in policy or just left there by previous visitors. It would be simpler and easier to send me the code for the door rather than make me come to another address to get a tag that has no keys but just a door code. BBQ hotplate was covered in rust - unusable. Original booking said WiFi was included, couldn't find any info for WiFi password. Found that listing had been updated to say 'No WiFi' AFTER I had made the booking.
