• Orsolya (9/5): - We arrived in the morning, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage. We could only check in after the cleaning was done, but being able to drop off the bags was a great help. The area is quiet and peaceful, located in the Latin Quarter. The apartment is modern and matches the photos. There are several restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops within walking distance. We only ate in the neighborhood, where the places are not aimed at mass tourism. The metro is just a few minutes away, and bus 87 is about a five-minute walk, providing access to the Colosseum and several other attractions. It was a great choice—I recommend it to everyone.

What was important for us: 1) good location / decent quiet place / close to the major points of attraction; 2) at least two bedroom apartment; 3) well equipped kitchen / kitchenette; 4) close to public transport So, the place corresponds to all of the aforementioned points. Nothing. It's on the ground floor but it's not an issue
• Cristi (9/5): Superb - Very close to a good metro line which connects you well to all city attractions. Clean, spacious and has everything you need. The noise from the neighbours and the fact that the bedroom is on the first floor next to the gate disturbed my sleep.

• Coady (10/5): Peaceful and modern roman oasis - The apartment is fabulous.. exactly as advertised. It's a very modern and well designed space. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and was very well equipped. Our stay here was very comfortable. The apartment is well located very close to the metro, which made it very easy to visit the sights we needed to see in Rome. Only a few minutes to the Termini station.. Having the use of the patio was a great addition to our stay, and it was lovely to be able to sit out during the day and night. Despite being on the ground floor, it was really quiet. The apartment is in a nice area, within a 2 minute walk there is a nice restaurant, and a café. There are also some local supermarkets to get any essentials you may need. Quite close also are some clothes shops etc.. Our host was really helpful and extremely accommodating. All of our interactions with him were pleasant and professional. It was really a very pleasant and peaceful place to stay amidst the busyness of Rome. Having to leave! We could have easily stayed here longer, and if visiting Rome again, I would check availability here first before booking flights!

• Andrea (10/5): Fantastic place to stay and relax - We were greeted by Mattia, who spoke English very well. He gave us a quick tour of the unit and also recommendations of a supermarket and restaurants nearby (although it would have been great to have these on a printed note as it was hard to remember it all!). The apartment is very quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was great being fully self-sufficient with all linen provided. We enjoyed having the outdoor patio space, which we used a lot. There was also a washing machine on the patio. Coffee machine and pods were appreciated as was the cold water left in the fridge. A convenience store was only a short stroll away for any sundries needed. Great restaurants and patisserie also within an easy stroll. Very close to the Ponte Lungo metro station. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend. Kitchen tap only seemed to produce luke warm water, not hot.
