Electrical points were not functioning 3. Aircond was not cold enough 4. No bathroom mat in the bathroom 5. The room was dusty causing sinus reaction 6. The towels need to be replaces as the towels have seen better days!

The door lock was ?spoilt, had hard time to open up the door. 2. Went in and the vibe not as the photos shown. With the price, I could actually book a nearer and better place. 3. The sofa was spoilt. 4. The toilet is extremely dirty, this is definitely out of expectation as they charged cleaning fee of RM90. I didn’t even dare to shower. 5. Oh and the most troublesome key collection and return. Literally have to cross roads and walk at least 10min to the stay.
• Stephanie (1/5): I will not stay in this place, bed is so gross, all stain even pillow to mattresses, not worth to stay. If I could cance - I was very disappointed, sofa is broken and dirty, bed was so gross I can’t sleep on, white towel is old and dark. I have to go get my own new blanket, pillow case and towels to use. Frying pan is totally can not use. The coating is peeled. When washing machine is on the noise like an airplane is landing, the noise is do load I can’t even talk to my family, can’t watch TV. We reach out to them they send someone to take a look and said they will return to fix they never did. They don’t take things seriously. Basically everything really gross me out I am so regretting that is have no choice but to stay this long. I wish I can canceled it. I don’t like anything besides the location.

• Kevin (3/5): Poor. Run Down. Fight to enter carpark. - Good location. Dedicated parking space. Towels were provided. Place was very run down, appeared much worse than pictures depicted. Shampoo and body soap provided were not very appealing and appeared cheap & Refilled. Parking spot was very high up. Entry to parking was always difficult as the security guard often blocked the card access, and had to open it separately.

Das Gebäude hätten wir aber trotz Beschreibung ohne Hilfe nicht gefunden. Die Ausstattung war nicht so schön und wirklich sauber war es auch nicht. Das Sofa war komplett durchgesessen und alles wirkte sehr abgenutzt und nicht sehr liebevoll. Die Pfanne war gar nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.

• Theody (8/5): - We stayed here as a family of four, mainly to visit Legoland, and overall had a nice experience. The location is great—very close to Lido Beach—and there are plenty of food options right downstairs, both inside the mall and from nearby street food stalls, which was super convenient. The room was clean and well equipped, and the building itself was well maintained, making our stay comfortable as a family. A couple of small downsides to note: the sea view isn’t fully open as it’s partially blocked by another tower in the middle, as shown in the photos. Also, since the property is located right by the main road, you can sometimes hear passing vehicles late at night. It didn’t bother us too much, but light sleepers may want to keep this in mind.

The windows in the apartment were very thin (single glazed?) and the noise from the main road was loud and disturbing throughout the night.

Shops, food & supermarket is just there.👍 Apartment is in good condition, spacious, clean & comfortable. This is my 2nd time booking under the same agency. Although I've stayed in a different block the 1st time. Both apartments are great. Both time the person in-charge is very accommodating. Won't hesitate to book again in the future. Nothing

• Md. Tanim (3/5): - I like the place only. This is not a hotel and they don't have minimum man power. Nobody come to my apartment in this 4 days for cleaning purpose. I don't get any seaview from room. They give us lower level floor. After all of this today they claim 200Rm charge for apartment mess up and sent me some photo that they try to make some scene. At check in time I didn't get any help to find my apartment building. People from booking.com will be in great suffer for all of this.
• Lee (10/5): Full facility with wifi, netflix, hanging clothes racking, iron, etc. - The block near to Starbucks, 24 hours shops, shopping mall, and food stalls. Sea View unit, cozy, great facilities unit with Netflix, oven, washing machine, and the racking. Hope can book this unit next time. so far nothing in bad comment. Everything is excellent.

• Gina (5/5): I will not recommend level 35 to anyone. For the price I paid we can defnly find something better in JB - Probably just the sea view but I don’t need it . I rather have a cleaner unit with a more comfortable bed Except for the security guards who are friendly (they don’t speak much English though) everything else about the property and the unit we stayed in at Lvl 35 needs to be improved. You can smell the refuse in the carpark. The unit we stayed in smells of mothballs, the shower screen in the two toilets were held together with cable ties. The dinning table is broken and the beds are hard and uncomfortable. The flat pillows made it worse. The towels are so worn out it looks like a rag
