Exceeded our expectations. Location was great - very short walk to public transportation and supermarket. Nice shower and very comfortable beds. Didn't receive the code to the lockbox until we rang property management although we had completed the pre-check-in requirements online prior - but that was sorted out very promptly and we were able to enter the property ahead of check-in time which was appreciated by tired, hot, international travellers!

- Vanessa (8/5): Great stay in perfect location - The location was perfect. It was clean and freshly renovated inside with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. The staff were great always communicating with me as they worked hard get us into the property early as requested. It is an older residential property which is not bad, just something to be aware of so no elevator to second floor units. Garage is single car and not made for longer cars or utes.

- Pulotu (10/5): Beautiful place, well located and if this place pops up as being vacant when you’re looking for places - book it straigh - Location - it was within walking distance to the beach, to eateries, to Coles, to pubs. Also it was a 2 min drive to Public parking (which was a minute walk from the beach and always had free spaces, unlike parking by the beachfront) where we had 4 hours free parking, great when we did extra shopping along the many boutique shops and could stash the shopping in the car.
Bedroom - the property had a choice of two great beds, a firmer and a softer one, great for those who are fussy with mattresses and linen. Good sized bedrooms with enough storage space for everything.
There was a lock up garage for the hire car.
Bathroom had great shower pressure - was new and had great lighting. We had enough towels to last us our stay and good quality towels.
Kitchen was great! Had multisized pots so would be enough when cooking for pax of 4, had a coffee machine and all the little things we take for granted in our homes but aren’t there when we go looking for them at other places.
Wifi was great.
They had a washing machine which we used , there was no dryer, but we hung our clothes on the clothes rack and it had no problems drying. It would be difficult if someone was in a wheelchair to access the place as it appeared to be only accessible by stairs out the front.
Hot water tank is quite small so extra long showers are not possible.
We had no choice but to hire a big car, which would have fit perfectly into the garage, but as there were a couple of items stored in the garage, we just managed to squeeze it in.

- Elsa (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was also very well equipped with cups, glasses, and all you need. There were even some cute children's plates. The apartment is fresh and nicely renovated. The bathroom is modern and quite big. There is a washing machine in the kitchen (which we didn't use). A very comfortable stay. The hosts were very helpful. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to book and stay there again. Except for a narrow balcony, there is no real outdoor area where you can sit or relax. Which wasn't a problem, but if I need to find a negative, that would be it.

The apartment is a great size, the bathroom has a really nice, big shower and the bedrooms are lovely with comfy beds and nice bedding. Thoughtful details such as coffee, tea, fresh milk, Vegemite and jam were really appreciated. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, easy check in/out. We love this place and highly recommend!

- Hargreaves (9/5): Superb - Walking distance to main shops, very tidy, great amenities. Very relaxable family friendly unit great for holidays or just a simple get away. Parking wasnt clearly stated upon arrival, sign at address said no parking in driveway or on grass so was parked on a very busy small street so accessibility was not as great as the property itself.

Although not with the same ocean views as those on the esplanade, it was very affordable, comfortable, modern inside and clean and plenty of space for me to relax and feel like it was home. Having to carry my suitcase up the stairs. I managed but older more senior people would find that awkward. Just something to consider if that applied to you.

- Libby (7/5): Good - Excellent location, clean and good for a basic, no frills stay. Recently renovated so nice and tidy inside. Good value for money. Street number obscure and garage number missing meant it wasn't easy to find and I had to call the manager to guide me. Bed was very hard. Toilet had some sort of plumbing issue which meant it made short loud water gushing noises overnight.

Couldn't have asked for anthing better for our little weekend getaway. We walked in a couple, and walked out engaged! The fans in the second bedroom struggle if not on the highest setting, but we were able to work around it. Not sure the previous guests or cleaners washed up the kitchenware before our arrival, but that was easy enough to manage ourselves as well.
