• Agnes (2/5): Extremely disappointed. - 1. The door was not working properly & it had to get fixed after we reported it. (This should have been checked before our arrival 2. The carpet/couch/cushions were smelling awful, & they had to be cleaned whilst we waited & lost half the morning waiting & listening to the noise 3. The fact that we could not use the tv area because the furniture was damp our entire stay 4. Overall apartment was filthy

• Katleho (8/5): Lovely spacious apartment - Apartment felt like home, very spacious - kitchen not equipped entirely with crockery or utensils Loadshedding issue, no update or notification from host, we weren’t aware that we had been on the inverter back up for a whole entire day until it couldn’t run anymore… had to do our own research to find out what’s going on in the neighbourhood and surroundings-woke up to no electricity with kids as a result we had to prepare them in the dark the next morning…

• Thabang (10/5): The stay was great, peaceful, convenient and safe. - Everything was amazing, the first Lady who welcomed us and gave us the key was very welcoming and friendly. The shops are close by and the was a lot of peace. There were notes almost everywhere in the apartment to help us know how to use certain things. The host Busi, made sure to get us a braai stand as we needed one. Definitely going back there again. 1. The grass was long/ not trimmed or cut. 2. The complimentary goods were not enough for 4 guests. We only received 1 sweetener, 1 sugar stick and 1 teabag. 3. Despite us being late for our checkout, the housekeeper gave us attitude. We tried to apologise and explain that we’re late, but she wouldn’t take it. We had allowed her to come inside and start cleaning, but she just clicked her tongue, sighed and walked away.

• Sean (9/5): Great stylish apartment in a great area with easy access ! - Excellent location in quiet complex. We needed to be in the suburb and found the unit very useful. It would be great for a business traveller that does not want to stay in a hotel. The unit is large with great appliances and functionality. Water pressure in main shower is low but other shower is perfect. We were not able to get the gate code to get out so had to share a remote which limited us a little.

• Adjoa (4/5): Could be lovely if that paid more attention to detail and loveliness - Central location No aircon in bedrooms so was difficult to sleep at night Curtains in guestbedroom did not block out light. Towels were not clean , tried to was them but there was No detergent. Floor in main bedroom and bathroom had not been mopped
