Susan (3/5): Dirty - The apartment, including the kitchen, was dusty and dirty, and the internet connection worked only sporadically. The dishes were filthy, and there was literally trash and cigarette abandoned in the bedroom closet. In the kitchen cupboard where the essential food items were stored, everything was left in a messy and disorganized state. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and not the norm.
