• Villemajella (6/5): Good location for 4ish people - Very central location. Host was helpful and responsive Was cleaned to a good enough standard Good place if planning to see the city and not spend too much time in apartment Comfortably sleeps 4. I do not consider the couch bed to be an acceptable sleeping spot as it is rock hard unfortunately. Bathroom badly needs repairs even just to fix holes and discolouration Very noisy at night which was expected I don't know how clear it is but there is no bedroom. All beds are in open plan kitchen room

• Emilia (7/5): - Customer service answers quickly and is kind, location is very convinient. Room size is very big which we liked a lot and it was clean to its standard. As the location is in the middle of the city centrum, it was expected to hear traffic noises but it felt like there wasn't any noise cancellation. Unfortunately I had requested 3 beds for 4 of us since two of my friends would have wanted their own blankets instead of a double but this was not done. Also they have listed that luggage storage should be available which wasn't when I asked which is understandable. Toilet seat was moving a lot, literally almost fell from it while seated and the bathroom would need some renovation at least to fill the wholes in the wall. The fridge door felt like it would break any time and while trying to find the trash dishwasher came almost out of its place.

• audrey (5/5): Très bien placé mais mériterait une bonne rénovation - L'emplacement top.. Salle de bain dégradée... Pas de douchette uniquement la pomme en l'air donc pas simple avec des jeunes enfants.. pas de rangement.... minuscule lavabo... cuvette des WC qui ne tient pas.. Cuisine...pas assez de couverts.. pas de passoire... pas d'étagère dans le frigo.. Pièce principale.. bonne taille mais pas pour 6 comme nous.. 3 lits 2 personnes de mauvaise qualité et couettes fines et petites.. pas de possibilité d'être 6 à table ( 2chaises 2 tabourets).. pas de rangement.. isolation thermique et phonique catastrophique.. radiateur dégradé qui pourrait être dangereux..

Dryer and dish washer not working. Rats in walls and mouse in apartment. Wholes in shower area wall. No one to fix appliances.

• VANNINA (7/5): Vous payez l’emplacement mais pas le service minimum c’est dommage car il manquerait pas grand chose - L’emplacement La cuisine n’est pas équipée ( une seule casserole petite pas de passoire) Il n’y a même pas une cafetière avec quelques dosettes. Dégât des eaux dans la salle de bain et couloir pas réparé . Et nous n’avions pas de tapis de sol pour la salle de bain
• Harco (6/5): Voor 1 nacht verblijf was het ok, maar was blij dat we niet langer hadden geboekt. - De locatie was voortreffelijk. Bedden waren goed. Het was een lawaaierige omgeving en dat hoorde je tot diep in de nacht heel goed in het appartement. Staat van de onderhoud was slecht. Heel veel dingen kapot in het appartement. En er kon geen raam open, dus geen frisse lucht.
• Francisca (8/5): Lo recomiendo - La ubicación excelente, todo está cerca, y el apartamento amplio. Tendrían que poner más toallas por persona y alguna balleta o trapito en la cocina. Y algún arreglo en el baño. Pero es un apartamento estupendo.
• Ewa (6/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. - Lokalizacja obok stacji metra Piccadilly. Obok mnóstwo sklepów i restauracji. Lokal na 3 piętrze, działająca winda. Podwójne łóżko wygodne. Działająca suszarka. Ręczniki. Hałas z ulicy ogromny, bez zatyczek nie możliwe jest wyspanie się. Łazienka mała z niewygodnym prysznicem. Umywalka w toalecie mikroskopijnych rozmiarów, nie możliwe żeby umyć w niej twarz. Żelazko w lokalu oblepione czymś, nie dało się skorzystać. Brak możliwości pozostawienia bagażu mimo że w opisie w udogodnieniach była taka opcja. Lokal dobry żeby się przespać i wyruszyć na zwiedzanie.

• Dariusz (8/5): Ciekawe miejsce, warto na krótko sprawdzić jak się mieszka w samym centrum Londynu. - Apartament znajduje się w sercu Londynu z łatwym dostępem do metra. Ogromny hałas z ulicy - bawiący się na dole ludzie nie dają spać. Z drugiej strony chcąc mieszkać w centrum jest to chyba nieuniknione. Było też bardzo gorąco ze względu na upał na zewnątrz. Brak klimatyzacji.
• Aisya (5/5): Location is great but the room should equipped with more fans and windows should be able to open. - the location is great as it is in the middle of picadilly circus The room was so hot and stuffy. The window does not open and there is only one table fan in the room, we were sweating during the night. We also couldn't wait to get out as we cannot breathe in the room.

• Darko (10/5): Great Location - Location is great and close to everything you need in center. Elevator in Building is actually old and not reliable- my recommendation: PLEASE DO NOT USE IT! I was stuck on my first day in elevator- luckily alone without kids and I am not panicking person. Had to wait 1 hour for technician who came exactly on time. Staff was helpful and there to talk to me while waiting- but I was disappointed that no one from the property said anything to apologize for my stress and inconvenience and ticket I have lost with my family in the morning as we were late - as well as time lost with family as we had only like 1 day in London. Having such elevator that obviously stuck often due to the message in elevator ,is something which is NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR ME AND HAS BEEN A LOT OF STRESS! Please instruct guests not to use it if not needed until resolved with full change of elevator!
