• Leah (5/5): Nice location, ill equiped and poorly managed property. - Location. Poor communication surrounding check in and stay information. The apartment I had selected and booked on the website was changed before check in (they did message to confirm the change but couldn’t answer why the change occurred or how the mistake was made, I was made to feel I had no choice as payment was already taken) then upon check in they changed it again. I was told I had been “upgraded” but it did not have the furniture/aspect/adequate office space I needed and therefore had chosen. The apartment building itself displays signage that short term stays booked through Airbnb, booking.com etc are illegal so that made me very uncomfortable after paying in advance for 10 nights. They also requested your biometric information to be registered in order to access the facilities (gym/pool/car park) - something not disclosed when the facilities were advertised as part of the stay. The apartment was tidy enough upon arrival but did not provide basic cleaning items (dishwashing soap and brush/sponge, tea towels, toilet brush etc). The fridge was dirty, rubbish and crumbs between sofa cushions, laundry left in the washing machine, there were insufficient plates (1 small side plate, no main plates - but somehow 10 tiny bowls?), 3 beer glasses provided but no mugs or water glasses, the pans provided were not induction so did not work on the stove, the extractor fan did not work etc. No water provided either. It was poorly equipped as an apartment and the management team seemed unaware of the check in process, facilities and general necessary information to facilitate even an average stay.

• Raffi (2/5): - I booked business apartment, they gave me 10 year old run down apartment with broken toilet and air conditioner, sagging dirty sofa, plus they got rid of us next day because they overbooked, they literally kicked us out myself, wife and two young kids, communication with them was terrible.bad bad experience.
• Gerald (10/5): 9 /10 - Location location location is spot on With a lovely view and a access to the pool they overhead railway This is a lovely place to stay the only thing is it's starting to look a little bit dated with some damage done by previous guests which has let it down
• Laker (9/5): Convenient and Comfortable - Plenty of places to eat around Mastri being in D2. Right next to Vitcom Mall. if you want to prepare your own food ro go for coffee or take away. Security is good and the staff friendly. Its good to have Google Translate loaded on your phone if you don't speak Vietnamese and are new to HCMC. Everything was great no complaints overall. An in room safe would be my only suggestion.
• Tony (1/5): This is all fake listing - Upset No one pick up the phone. Maybe of too late but even one day later no one called me. The apartmetn I have booked is belong to another person. When I arrive, the security guy gave me a phone number of another agent and they said that this house is rented for long term stay. Then I need to pay a higher price for a different 2 bedroom apartment to stay last night.
