• Suneeth_99 (9/5): Very pretty and cozy flat. With a nice coffee shop at the ground floor. - The flat is so pretty, very aesthetically decorated and well maintained. Flexibility with early check in. Maybe an early check-in would've made it a lot better, but I believe the previous guests wanted to stay till the end 😄

• Huari (9/5): Good Stay with Family - A very comfortable stay and suitable for family stay. The property is accessible for guests with wheelchair. Location is good to walk around. Overall, the apartment unit managed by Jessica is very hospitable. The apartment lobby at ground floor is spacious enough for waiting (Grab Car, taxi etc.) but the seating area is dark. Grab car usually didn’t come into the drop off area until instructed to & the drop off zone is a bit of hassle to navigate. Next door is a couple blocks of building under construction but there was no loud sound happening during our stay.
• Nikolay (10/5): Exceptional - The host is kind and helpful. The apartment is about 20-25 minute walk distance from the Ho Chi Min centre but with grab taxi is only 5 minutes. I strongly recommended the place.
• Marrie (10/5): Exceptional - Honestly, this is the first time I choose to stay in such a mini apartment in Vietnam, and I feel more satisfied than other 3-star hotels I have stayed in. The apartment's kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for cooking, which is a pleasant surprise. The landlord is very lovely and considerate, always answering all my questions or requests quickly and efficiently. Conclusion: When you need to stay in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, this is a place worth choosing within its price range. Perfect!!! I will definitely come back after my trip to Phu Quoc Island

• Thi (7/5): Good - Great location, right in the heart of district 1. The rooms are Spacious, very comfortable, it had a washing machine which was very convenient. The security of the building was great, no outsiders had access inside the building. It could have been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom. The smell of urine and drain was very bad. I had to buy toilet and shower detergents to clean the bathroom. But it only helped a little, not much, because the smell was really strong.

I asked Jessica for suggestions (restaurants, massage shops, and even hair salons) and she gave me all the tips and the best information. The shower's floor is slippery when it's wet. We almost fell down a couple of times.

• Glen (8/5): Very nice apartment in the heart of district I. - Property was nice and clean. The two rooms were adequate for three persons. If you use credit card, they charge you extra. This should be mentioned in the website or by the owner before being booked.
• Henry (9/5): Superb - Beautiful view over HCMC. Nice, big appartment. Even has a kitchen with refrigerator. Not a big problem, but we saw only one switch for the bedroom-light (very bright). No bedside (small) lights with an own switch.

The apartment is cool, spacious, fully equipped, I feel comfortable like I am at home. I will choose Jessica's house when I come to Saigon next time and share it with many people. A home away from home, comfortable and cozy, well equipped with kitchenware and utensils. We had the best view from our balcony to ring in the Year of the Dragon with fireworks. Convenient location, we don't spend too much money on taxis. Jessica is also a friendly and helpful host. I will recommend to my friends and will come back on my next trips

The apartments are very clean 👍 It had Futon beds which was a bit hard for my husband but I liked it 😃

• Allan (10/5): Very comfy and homey. if you have 2-3 extra people travelling with you, it’s the perfect place to book - very clean! walked into the apartment and was surprised about how great the smell was in every room. furniture have a very comfy atmosphere that made you feel like you were walking into a home and not some random accomodation didn’t make full use of it but kitchen had pots and pans, bowls and plates and a full set of utensils place also provided a hair dryer which is nice and a washing machine on the balcony (you’ll have to improvise on where to dry your clothes but there are clothes hangers in the closet to use) aircon was strong n perfect, there’s air conditioning in the main living area and the bedrooms is very unlucky that they started construction of a building in the near block, ruined the view
