• Joanna CK (7/5): Dobra opcja budżetowa - Na plus lokalizacja! Blisko centrum, a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Metraż mieszkania jest spory, łazienka ok, wygodne materace. Blisko do przystanków autobusowych i metra. Kamienica stara, zabytkowa, dość cicha, bez hałasów, imprez itp. Duży salon, raczej do wypoczynku. Dostęp do Wi-Fi całkiem ok. TV z podłączeniem do internetu. Kuchnia ze zdjęcia, a ta w realu, to dwa różne pomieszczenia. Jeden kontakt! Żeby włączyć mikrofalę, trzeba odłączyć czajnik etc. Nie ma szans na zrobienie tostów i kawy w jednym czasie :) Sporym minusem jest brak okna w jednej sypialni, tzn. okno jest, ale z widokiem na świetlik i słychać sporo brzęczenia od tego świetlika - jakieś klimatyzatory, bojlery? W kuchni podobna sytuacja z oknem. Mimo dużego salonu, dość mały stół na cztery osoby. Pralka była, ale nie dowiedziałam się czy działa i czy można z niej korzystać. Generalnie kontakt z obsługą bardzo średni.

• Melisa (1/5): - Konaklama tarihimden 4 gün önce başlayarak defalarca tesise telefon ve mail yoluyla ulaşmaya çalışmama rağmen kendilerinden cevap alamadım. Durumu Booking.com’a bildirdim. Onlar da son güne kadar tesise ulaşamadılar fakat benim tesise gidip, ancak içeri giremeyip tatilimin başında böyle bir mağduriyet yaşamam halinde bana yardımcı olabileceklerini söyleyerek rezervasyonumu iptal etmediler. Booking.com hem böyle bir tesisle çalıştığı için hem de mağdur olan müşterisine hakkını iade etmediği için güvenilirliğini kaybetmiştir.

• John (6/5): In its heyday this was a lovely apartment in desirable area. But it has been a bit neglected and unloved. - Good location, comfortable bed, good pillows, nice spacious living room space. Comfortable sofa. 8 minutes from blue line metro station. 2 good mini markets nearby. We had not expected a ground floor apartment. The balcony was effectively unusable. It is off one of the bedrooms and looks into unpleasant back vista. The other bedroom looks out onto a shaft area. There were a couple of easily fixed issues: the kettle doesn’t switch off, curtains half hanging from hooks could be hung properly , entrance hall floor sinking could be fixed, a fresh lick of paint, kitchen is in great need of renovation. Peddle bin in bathroom for toilet paper waste doesn’t operate by foot
• Júlia (8/5): - L'apartament és molt ampli, s'hi pot estar confortablement uns quants dies. El carrer és tranquil però molt ben situat a prop de tot i en un entorn molt bonic. La comunicació va ser bona i ens van avisar de seguida que podíem entrar, una mica més d'hora del checkin oficial. Potser per culpa dels inquilins anteriors, però vem notar olor de tabac a la casa i això sempre fa que l'experiència sigui menys agradable. Ens van demanar disculpes ja que en principi el pis és clarament per no fumadors.
• Arkadiusz (1/5): Dirty and poorly maintained with an unresponsive host - The apartament was in a disastrous state. It was not properly cleaned, the AC produced a moldy smell, the carpets had multiple stains and dirt. Cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were falling apart. One of the two bedrooms is not fit with AC and the window in that rooms opens to an inner shaft, which fills the room with stench and does not let it any light. Part of the wooden floor was falling in when stepped on, with parts of panels sticking out. In addition, the host is not responsive. He did not answer neither my calls nor the official requests submitted via booking.com customer service. In the end we had to book another accommodation for the entire week and lost the money (host refused the refund).

• Jennifer (10/5): In the heart of Athens! - We stayed in this apartment and had a wonderful experience. The location is exceptional – everything is within walking distance, and we didn’t need to use any public transport at all. Despite being so central, the street is very quiet and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We were able to do a self check-in, which was really convenient as we arrived very late, almost at midnight. Also, since there were no other check-ins scheduled for the day of our departure, the host kindly allowed us to stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need and looks exactly like the photos. There are two bedrooms and a spacious living room with a very comfortable sofa bed that serves as the fifth sleeping place. There’s also air conditioning, a bathroom, and a kitchen. I highly recommend this apartment! Everything was Perfect!

Gospodarz na start udzielił wszystkich niezbędnych informacji nie tylko o korzystaniu z pokoju, ale też dotarciu do budynku. Wszystkie najważniejsze obiekty mieściły się w promieniu maks. 3 km od apartamentu. Dobra baza wypadowa ze stacjami metra i autobusów w pobliżu. Przydałby się drugi komplet kluczy na tak dużą grupę. Poza tym bez zastrzeżeń.

• Styliana (8/5): Excellent location - perfect for a few days stay. - Excellent location (right in the center of Kolonaki). Walking distance from Syntagma. Spacious flat, can accommodate 4 people comfortably. We could hear the people living on the upper floor ALL THE TIME. Some mornings we could hear a lot of noise. Also, there’s not a lot of natural light.

• Cora (10/5): Best place I have ever stayed in Athens - I have visited Athens many times. This is by far the best place I have stayed. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with an amazing power shower in the big bathroom. Kolonaki is a beautiful neighbourhood - so many gorgeous independent shops, restaurants, bars and dessert options! It is walking distance (15 mins) to the centre of Athens. Also very close to the cable car that takes you to the top of the hill that overlooks the Acropolis. Highly recommend for couples, friends or families (I travelled with my husband and 2 kids).

• Gregoria (10/5): This was the best accommodation in Athens. Highly recommended. - The Cosy Apartment in Kolonaki is within walking distance of Syntagma Square and the city centre. It is situated in a peaceful area with numerous shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as museums and art galleries just a minute's walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, comfortable, and truly cosy. Our host, Kostis, was very helpful and friendly, and always available to assist with our queries. This was the best accommodation in Athens. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. No air-conditioning in the second bedroom.

Supermarkets are very close. The street is cute. Homeowner Kostis, was very helpful and kind. We felt cold at night, we tried to turn on the AC on heat mode but it wasn’t working.

The apartment was right in the heart of Kolonaki, very close to all the nice cafes and luxury stores. And we were able to walk to everywhere worth seeing in Athens. The host was very kind and helpful. :) 1-Carpets! Using a fluffy carpet as a rug in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom is not hygienic at all, because the place rented to multiple individuals. For the bathroom, it would be advisable to place disposable foot towels that can be laundered after each guest's use. As for the living room and kitchen, it would be preferable to opt for a smaller, low-pile rug or even consider not having one. 2-The kitchen and bathroom are in need of renovation as they are old. Additionally, the apartment is situated on the first floor. One of the bedroom windows overlooks a shaft, and whenever someone uses the toilet above, you can hear a loud noise from the pipes descending through the shaft.

• Jose (5/5): great location for local bars and restaurants but a long 20 min walk to plaka. hosts were very accommodating and respons - location , value for money, washing machine, hosts were accommodating and very responsive bathroom and kitchen very old, shower head was not supported on the wall, there was a bad smell near laundry and toilet, wifi didn’t work so we had to connect to a nearby business. coffee machine but no pods provided, no hand soap in the bathroom, toilet seat loose, floorboards felt like they weren’t structurally sound. a few things need to be addressed to make this place a more pleasant stay.

Very satisfied The network is not very good, it may be that there is a problem with the router, but nothing has much impact on us.
