• Maria (5/5): O calor extremo do apartamento não permitiu domir durante a noite. - A localização era boa. Perto de supermercados e de transportes público e a uma pequena caminhada da KarlKirche. Está bem equipado e bem decorado, com o essencial para uma estadia. O apartamento era extretamente quente. Quem dormia na sala teve muita dificuldade em dormir. o ar condicionado não refrescava. Comunicamos ao anfitrião que tentou corrigir a situação mas sem sucesso. Não há backout na sala, portanto, há imensa luz durante a noite e dia. Quando tentaram resolver a situação do ar condicionado, ficamos sem electricidade no painel da cozinha (microondas e frigorifico), o que foi corrigido no dia seguinte. Por lapso, o anfitrião esqueceu que eramos 3 adultos e só colocou roupa para 2, tudo depois resolveu a situação.

• Teresa (6/5): War ok, hat aber Verbesserungspotenzial - Die Wohnung war nett geschnitten, für 2 Personen groß genug - die Lage sehr ruhig und nahe am HBF. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants waren schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war schnell und einwandfrei - Sehr sporadische Küchenausstattung, eines der drei Weingläser war kaputt im Schrank, der Kühlschrank hat gemüffelt - An einigen Stellen war Schmutz an den Wänden- das wirkt etwas ungepflegt - Man kann im Wohnzimmer leider kein Fenster öffnen und die Temperatur in Wohnung nicht regulieren, er war permanent - auch nachts - viel zu heiß. - Kein Mülleimer im Bad - die Handtücher rochen so, als hätte man sie noch feucht zusammengelegt und verstaut. - Leider lange nicht auf eine Frage während des Aufenthaltes reagiert, keine Flexibilität in Sachen Late-checkout (Sonntags) oder Gepäckaufbewahrung.
• Lucie (7/5): Pas mal - Emlacement très bien, appart propre, arrivée et départ en parfaite autonomie. Il faisait trop chaud sans possibilité de couper le chauffage et dans une des 2 pièce il n'y avait aucune possibilité d'ouvrir la fenetre.

• Halyna (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything was absolutely perfect — spotlessly clean, very cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped down to the smallest detail. The apartment is in a great location, with convenient access to public transport and the city center. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive, making our stay smooth and pleasant from start to finish. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended! We would be more than happy to stay here again.

Bravo pour le choix minutieux des détails dans la décoration, petit studio avec un décor minimaliste, tout était propre on se croirait chez soi! Je regrette même avoir pris une seule nuit là-bas, mais ce n'est que partie remise! J'avoue être tombée amoureuse de Vienne et de son énergie et ma réservation dans cet appartement n'a su que compléter mon impression générale alors merci @Charming Apartment in Heart of Vienna l JOS20 Nothing to report (NTR)

• Gabriele (6/5): Una stufa - la struttura è bella, nuova, ottimo quartiere e ottima posizione. C’era veramente troppo caldo. La prima notte è stata infernale e l’host non ci è stato minimamente d’aiuto. Anzi ci ha solo saputo dire “se avete caldo aprite le finestre”, grazie eh
• Cheryl (8/5): Lovely apartment in great location. - Recently renovated and very comfortable. Great location - can walk to centre of town and central train station or catch a tram close by. Also close to supermarkets, cafes, shops etc. Owner communicative and responsive. There was an issue with the heating but the owner responded quickly to fix it.

• Maura (9/5): - It was very clean and a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. It was a good 30 minute walk to the old town centre though. If it was two people staying it would be fine, but with 3 people the bathroom and toilet set up didn’t really work - the bathroom was off the bedroom and toilet in the lounge

• Jessica (8/5): Very comfortable with great shops located around. - Very comfortable, close to the central station. Quiet location with access to tram and buses. Lots of nice shops and restaurants around. The A/C was nice but only used it once. Walking distance to the main areas I saw was a bit far but I was able to rent a bike and take the train and it was fine.

• Michela (9/5): La posizione è ottima perché pur essendo centrale (noi ci siamo spostati principalmente a piedi), è silenziosa e tranqui - L’appartamento è molto bello, nuovo, funzionale e soprattutto pulito.

• Yamamoto (9/5): またウィーンに行く時は利用させていただきたいです。 - 広くてきれいでとても快適に過ごせました。近くにスーパーもあるし、トラムの駅もあり、Hauptbahnhof まで歩くこともできて、空港に行くにもとても便利でした。 エアコンもあるので、助かりました！ 洗濯機がないのが唯一残念な点ですが、コインランドリーもそんなに遠くなかったので問題ありませんでした。

• Vasiliki (10/5): Cute, Comfortable, Clean apartment, Suitable for 3 people, Close to public transport. - Location was very convenient , Clean apartment, Instructions provided for self check in and were very clear, close to public transport means. No bags for garbage provided, apart from the ones already in place when we checked in. Towels and Linen were not changed and apparent was not cleaned in 4 nights stay (I do not know what happens if you stay more nights).
• Milica (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in an excellent location, in a nice building. The apartment is spacious. Bed is very comfortable. We also had a cot for a child. Everything was neat and clean. The living room does not have any window. There are only balcony doors that can't be opened at all, so you can't have a good airing. The toilet has no sink. The kitchen is poorly equipped. No dishwasher tablets. There are not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom.

I had everything I need including tea and coffee. Really enjoyed my stay. Can't get invoice despite several reminders. Annoying but not critical
