- Wayne (3/5): Terrible for the cost and unsafe to be allowed to be a listed site to choose - Close to public transport Unsafe with electrical wiring issues in the bathroom and main kitchen. Blinds in the bedroom are not block out blinds and allowed all the street lighting into the room. Water pressure is terrible and shower moves from hot to cold. No extra pillows or extra bedding on offer. Welcome kit of a few coffee pods but no milk. Located directly above a restaurant whose waste disposal is directly below and happens at closing time around 11pm with bottles getting thrown into the bin. Have to sign a contract which is an auto sign document that you can’t read first - only after signing so you get a copy of the contract and instructions on how to gain access to the room which ends up being a YouTube video of how to open the lockbox located on a chain on a post of the street crossing!! Contract and warnings (written in every room) of the charges that can apply for damages or miss use - for example don’t run the air conditioning below 22 as water will pool at the external area of the door and the cleaner will send photos of the water pooling (condensation drain)- well at 22 degrees some small amount of water was visible in the morning - guess the rule needs to not run the air conditioning unit below 25 or 26. Bedroom door sticks when you open it and marks the floor. I could go on
