Your cleaners need to be sacked and you need a new team that can take care of your appartment properly.

- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the service from Yann, we needed to contact her a few times and she was amazing. The apartment was clean and very well kept. Would definitely stay there again. There are no negatives.
- Ros (4/5): Disappointing - Location was great. Layout of apartment was good. Lots of toilet paper. Pool was nice . Had to find it. Was in the next building. Only one set of keys. Made it hard. If someone went out we couldnt leave the building. Definitely needs another set. Was not cleaned properly. Had a fire hazard in dryer, it was on when we arrived which is fine , problem was the lint tray was so full. Wet stinky clothes under the sink. Was very disappointed.
- Amie (1/5): Would like a refund. I attended Melbourne with my family for a wedding and we had no choice but to stay in this discusti - Absolutely nothing. This should not be available to book. The property was disgustingly dirty from smelly dirty towels, unclean sheets, dirty kitchen, sink, dish rack, plates and cutlery, floor wasn’t vacuumed, very dusty, unwashed tea towels left on top of dryer, bathrooms were not cleaned, had mould in showers, smelt like mould, main bathroom shower sink and toilet did not drain properly, all the walls were dirty, all surfaces were not wiped down and the sliding balcony door didn’t lock. I tried to call customer service to arrange another option but was not able to get through.
