- frederique (1/5): Une triste experience... - Rien ! car ce n etait pas pour une famille de 4.si petite surface.Le canapè etait branlant ne touchant pas le sol, sur les 4 pieds .les lits pliants grinçaient,tellement que les ados ont dormi sur les chaises.la salle de bains etait sale avec des cheveux et poils dans le lavabo et la douche...repugnant.Si bien que nous sommes.partis de ce.lieu,dès dimanche de Paques.Pour trouver un hotel à Montana pour se laver et dormir .Un hotel nous a acceuilli,desolè de notre mesaventure.Nous avons donc paye 2 sejours.Cette Teleresidence 12 est une arnaque inadmissible.pour Crans-Montana et une honte pour la propretè suisse.On devrait nous rembourser...on s est fait arnaquer.. Je souhaite à personne de vivre cela...on.a un code ,des clefs,on ne voit personne,on ne peut faire constater à personne,la saletè qui regne,dans cette douche.C est.ignoble de.louer.un.tel lieu meme renovè,maus si repoussant.
