- Guest (7/5): Excellent location, great scenery. - Location excellent although difficult to walk to the beach. Good privacy and security. Close proximity to attractions. Having to wash plates, bowls, knives, spoons etc in the bathroom basin near toilet. Should be a kitchen bench with sink somewhere. Not sure what they classify as a kitchenette. Desperately requires paint job and maintenance. Difficulty opening windows and external door to balcony.

- Tony (9/5): Great Location and views of beach and wildlife. - Location very good with access to beach and close to café serving coffee and food. Great wide life outside the window with wallabies, rabbits and birds. Cozy room with coffee facilities and large shower room. Internet was down not allowing for wifi or TV set up.

- Wendy (8/5): Quiet scenic coastal stay - Large clean, well decorated single room with comfortable king bed(thanks for an upgrade!). Microwave, bar fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle in wardrobe. large veranda with great view of Smith’s Beach. Large grounds with Cape Barron Geese, roos and rabbits - direct access to the beach via path for the fit and agile only. Very peaceful. Recommend for a short stay! beach access not suitable for older clients but the local shop, steps and ramp to the beach 5 minutes walk away
